DEUTERONOMY 13 12 If thou shalt hear SAY in one of thy cities, which the LORD thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying, DEUTERONOMY 15 16 And it shall be, if he SAY unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee; DEUTERONOMY 18 21 And if thou SAY in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken? 22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be AFRAID of him. DEUTERONOMY 20 1 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. 3 And shall SAY unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them; 8 And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they shall SAY, What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren's heart faint as well as his heart. And all the people shall SAY, Amen. 22 Cursed be he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall SAY, Amen. 23 Cursed be he that lieth with his mother in law. And all the people shall SAY, Amen. 24 Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbour secretly. And all the people shall SAY, Amen. 25 Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall SAY, Amen. 26 Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall SAY, Amen. DEUTERONOMY 28 10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be AFRAID of thee. 60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast AFRAID of; and they shall cleave unto thee. 67 In the morning thou shalt SAY, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt SAY, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see. DEUTERONOMY 31 6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 17 Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will SAY in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us? JOSHUA 1 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not AFRAID, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. JOSHUA 9 11 Wherefore our elders and all the inhabitants of our country spake to us, saying, Take victuals with you for the journey, and go to meet them, and SAY unto them, We are your servants: therefore now make ye a league with us. 24 And they answered Joshua, and said, Because it was certainly told thy servants, how that the LORD thy God commanded his servant Moses to give you all the land, and to destroy all the inhabitants of the land from before you, therefore we were sore AFRAID of our lives because of you, and have done this thing. JOSHUA 11 6 And the LORD said unto Joshua, Be not AFRAID because of them: for to morrow about this time will I deliver them up all slain before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burn their chariots with fire. JOSHUA 22 11 And the children of Israel heard SAY, Behold, the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh have built an altar over against the land of Canaan, in the borders of Jordan, at the passage of the children of Israel. 27 But that it may be a witness between us, and you, and our generations after us, that we might do the service of the LORD before him with our burnt offerings, and with our sacrifices, and with our peace offerings; that your children may not SAY to our children in time to come, Ye have no part in the LORD. 28 Therefore said we, that it shall be, when they should so SAY to us or to our generations in time to come, that we may SAY again, Behold the pattern of the altar of the LORD, which our fathers made, not for burnt offerings, nor for sacrifices; but it is a witness between us and you. JUDGES 7 3 Now therefore go to, proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, Whosoever is fearful and AFRAID, let him return and depart early from mount Gilead. And there returned of the people twenty and two thousand; and there remained ten thousand. 4 And the LORD said unto Gideon, The people are yet too many; bring them down unto the water, and I will try them for thee there: and it shall be, that of whom I SAY unto thee, This shall go with thee, the same shall go with thee; and of whomsoever I SAY unto thee, This shall not go with thee, the same shall not go. 11 And thou shalt hear what they SAY; and afterward shall thine hands be strengthened to go down unto the host. Then went he down with Phurah his servant unto the outside of the armed men that were in the host. 18 When I blow with a trumpet, I and all that are with me, then blow ye the trumpets also on every side of all the camp, and SAY, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.
