LEVITICUS 17 6 And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and burn the fat for A sweet savour unto the LORD. 7 And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone A whoring. This shall be A statute for ever unto them throughout their generations. 8 And thou shalt say unto them, Whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers which sojourn among you, that offereth A burnt offering or sacrifice, 15 And every soul that eateth that which died of itself, or that which was torn with beasts, whether it be one of your own country, or A stranger, he shall both wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even: then shall he be clean. LEVITICUS 18 5 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if A man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD. 17 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of A woman and her daughter, neither shalt thou take her son's daughter, or her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness; for they are her near kinswomen: it is wickedness. 18 Neither shalt thou take A wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time. 19 Also thou shalt not approach unto A woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is put apart for her uncleanness. 23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before A beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. LEVITICUS 19 5 And if ye offer A sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, ye shall offer it at your own will. 13 Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not ABIDE with thee all night until the morning. 14 Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put A stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD. 16 Thou shalt not go up and down as A talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour; I am the LORD. 19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with A diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall A garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee. 20 And whosoever lieth carnally with A woman, that is A bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free. 21 And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, even A ram for A trespass offering. 29 Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be A whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness. 33 And if A stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him. 36 Just balances, just weights, A just ephah, and A just hin, shall ye have: I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt. LEVITICUS 20 5 Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go A whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people. 6 And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go A whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people. 12 And if A man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them. 13 If A man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with A woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. 14 And if A man take A wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you. 15 And if A man lie with A beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast. 16 And if A woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. 17 And if A man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is A wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity. 18 And if A man shall lie with A woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people. 20 And if A man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless. 21 And if A man shall take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless. 24 But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, A land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people. 27 A man also or woman that hath A familiar spirit, or that is A wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them. LEVITICUS 21 3 And for his sister A virgin, that is nigh unto him, which hath had no husband; for her may he be defiled. 4 But he shall not defile himself, being A chief man among his people, to profane himself. 7 They shall not take A wife that is A whore, or profane; neither shall they take A woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God. 13 And he shall take A wife in her virginity. 14 A widow, or A divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take A virgin of his own people to wife. 18 For whatsoever man he be that hath A blemish, he shall not approach: A blind man, or A lame, or he that hath A flat nose, or any thing superfluous, 19 Or A man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded, 20 Or crookbackt, or A dwarf, or that hath A blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken; 21 No man that hath A blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath A blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God. 23 Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath A blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them. LEVITICUS 22 4 What man soever of the seed of Aaron is A leper, or hath A running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that is unclean by the dead, or A man whose seed goeth from him; 5 Or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or A man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath; 10 There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: A sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing. 12 If the priest's daughter also be married unto A stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things. 13 But if the priest's daughter be A widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father's house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's meat: but there shall be no stranger eat thereof. 14 And if A man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give it unto the priest with the holy thing. 18 Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the LORD for A burnt offering; 19 Ye shall offer at your own will A male without blemish, of the beeves, of the sheep, or of the goats. 20 But whatsoever hath A blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you. 21 And whosoever offereth A sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD to accomplish his vow, or A freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein. 22 Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having A wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD. 23 Either A bullock or A lamb that hath any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for A freewill offering; but for A vow it shall not be accepted. 25 Neither from A stranger's hand shall ye offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you. 27 When A bullock, or A sheep, or A goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the LORD. 29 And when ye will offer A sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the LORD, offer it at your own will. --MORE-- |
