JEREMIAH 34 20 I will even give them into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of them that seek their life: and their dead bodies shall be for MEAT unto the fowls of the heaven, and to the beasts of the earth. EZEKIEL 42 13 Then said he unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers, which are before the separate place, they be holy chambers, where the priests that approach unto the LORD shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy things, and the MEAT offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy. EZEKIEL 44 29 They shall eat the MEAT offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering: and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs. EZEKIEL 45 15 And one lamb out of the flock, out of two hundred, out of the fat pastures of Israel; for a MEAT offering, and for a burnt offering, and for peace offerings, to make reconciliation for them, saith the Lord GOD. 17 And it shall be the prince's part to give burnt offerings, and MEAT offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the MEAT offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel. 24 And he shall prepare a MEAT offering of an ephah for a bullock, and an ephah for a ram, and an hin of oil for an ephah. 25 In the seventh month, in the fifteenth day of the month, shall he do the like in the feast of the seven days, according to the sin offering, according to the burnt offering, and according to the MEAT offering, and according to the oil. EZEKIEL 46 5 And the MEAT offering shall be an ephah for a ram, and the MEAT offering for the lambs as he shall be able to give, and an hin of oil to an ephah. 7 And he shall prepare a MEAT offering, an ephah for a bullock, and an ephah for a ram, and for the lambs according as his hand shall attain unto, and an hin of oil to an ephah. 11 And in the feasts and in the solemnities the MEAT offering shall be an ephah to a bullock, and an ephah to a ram, and to the lambs as he is able to give, and an hin of oil to an ephah. 14 And thou shalt prepare a MEAT offering for it every morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of an hin of oil, to temper with the fine flour; a MEAT offering continually by a perpetual ordinance unto the LORD. 15 Thus shall they prepare the lamb, and the MEAT offering, and the oil, every morning for a continual burnt offering. 20 Then said he unto me, This is the place where the priests shall boil the trespass offering and the sin offering, where they shall bake the MEAT offering; that they bear them not out into the utter court, to sanctify the people. EZEKIEL 47 12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for MEAT, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for MEAT, and the leaf thereof for medicine. DANIEL 1 5 And the king appointed them a daily provision of the king's MEAT, and of the wine which he drank: so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before the king. 8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's MEAT, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself. 10 And the prince of the eunuchs said unto Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your MEAT and your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the children which are of your sort? then shall ye make me endanger my head to the king. 13 Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenance of the children that eat of the portion of the king's MEAT: and as thou seest, deal with thy servants. 15 And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's MEAT. 16 Thus Melzar took away the portion of their MEAT, and the wine that they should drink; and gave them pulse. DANIEL 4 5 I saw a dream which made me AFRAID, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me. 12 The leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was MEAT for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all flesh was fed of it. 21 Whose leaves were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was MEAT for all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation: DANIEL 8 17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was AFRAID, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision. DANIEL 11 26 Yea, they that feed of the portion of his MEAT shall destroy him, and his army shall overflow: and many shall fall down slain. HOSEA 11 4 I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid MEAT unto them. JOEL 1 9 The MEAT offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD's ministers, mourn. 13 Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the MEAT offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God. 16 Is not the MEAT cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God? --MORE-- |
