GENESIS 13 6 And the LAND was not able to bear them, that they might dwell together: for their substance was great, so that they could not dwell together. 7 And there was a strife between the herdmen of Abram's cattle and the herdmen of Lot's cattle: and the Canaanite and the Perizzite dwelled then in the LAND. 9 Is not the whole LAND before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left. 10 And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the LAND of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar. 12 Abram dwelled in the LAND of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom. 15 For all the LAND which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. 17 Arise, walk through the LAND in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee. GENESIS 15 7 And he said unto him, I am the LORD that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this LAND to inherit it. 13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a LAND that is not their's, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; 18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this LAND, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: GENESIS 16 3 And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the LAND of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife. GENESIS 17 8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the LAND wherein thou art a stranger, all the LAND of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. GENESIS 18 15 Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was AFRAID. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh. GENESIS 19 28 And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the LAND of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace. GENESIS 20 8 Therefore Abimelech rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and told all these things in their ears: and the men were sore AFRAID. 15 And Abimelech said, Behold, my LAND is before thee: dwell where it pleaseth thee. GENESIS 21 21 And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran: and his mother took him a wife out of the LAND of Egypt. 23 Now therefore swear unto me here by God that thou wilt not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son's son: but according to the kindness that I have done unto thee, thou shalt do unto me, and to the LAND wherein thou hast sojourned. 32 Thus they made a covenant at Beersheba: then Abimelech rose up, and Phichol the chief captain of his host, and they returned into the LAND of the Philistines. 34 And Abraham sojourned in the Philistines' LAND many days. GENESIS 22 2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the LAND of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. GENESIS 23 2 And Sarah died in Kirjatharba; the same is Hebron in the LAND of Canaan: and Abraham came to mourn for Sarah, and to weep for her. 7 And Abraham stood up, and bowed himself to the people of the LAND, even to the children of Heth. 12 And Abraham bowed down himself before the people of the LAND. 13 And he spake unto Ephron in the audience of the people of the LAND, saying, But if thou wilt give it, I pray thee, hear me: I will give thee money for the field; take it of me, and I will bury my dead there. 15 My lord, hearken unto me: the LAND is worth four hundred shekels of silver; what is that betwixt me and thee? bury therefore thy dead. 19 And after this, Abraham buried Sarah his wife in the cave of the field of Machpelah before Mamre: the same is Hebron in the LAND of Canaan. GENESIS 24 5 And the servant said unto him, Peradventure the woman will not be willing to follow me unto this LAND: must I needs bring thy son again unto the LAND from whence thou camest? 7 The LORD God of heaven, which took me from my father's house, and from the LAND of my kindred, and which spake unto me, and that sware unto me, saying, Unto thy seed will I give this LAND; he shall send his angel before thee, and thou shalt take a wife unto my son from thence. 37 And my master made me swear, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife to my son of the daughters of the Canaanites, in whose LAND I dwell: GENESIS 26 1 And there was a famine in the LAND, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. 2 And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the LAND which I shall tell thee of: 3 Sojourn in this LAND, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father; 12 Then Isaac sowed in that LAND, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. 22 And he removed from thence, and digged another well; and for that they strove not: and he called the name of it Rehoboth; and he said, For now the LORD hath made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the LAND. GENESIS 28 4 And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the LAND wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham. 13 And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the LAND whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; 15 And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this LAND; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. 17 And he was AFRAID, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven. --MORE-- |
