NEHEMIAH 2 9 Then I came to the governors beyond the river, and gave them the king's letters. JEREMIAH 39 1 In the ninth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the tenth month, came Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon and all his ARMY against Jerusalem, and they besieged it. 5 But the Chaldeans' ARMY pursued after them, and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho: and when they had taken him, they brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon to Riblah in the land of Hamath, where he gave judgment upon him. JEREMIAH 46 2 Against Egypt, against the ARMY of Pharaohnecho king of Egypt, which was by the river Euphrates in Carchemish, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon smote in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah. 22 The voice thereof shall go like a serpent; for they shall march with an ARMY, and come against her with axes, as hewers of wood. EZEKIEL 29 18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his ARMY to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his ARMY, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it: 19 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his ARMY. EZEKIEL 32 31 Pharaoh shall see them, and shall be comforted over all his multitude, even Pharaoh and all his ARMY slain by the sword, saith the Lord GOD. JOEL 2 11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his ARMY: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it? 20 But I will remove far off from you the northern ARMY, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things. 25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great ARMY which I sent among you. --MORE-- |
