HAGGAI 2 12 If one bear holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt do touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall it be holy? And the priests ANSWERED and said, No. 13 Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests ANSWERED and said, It shall be unclean. 14 Then ANSWERED Haggai, and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the LORD; and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean. And I said, No, my lord. ZECHARIAH 5 2 And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I ANSWERED, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits. MATTHEW 19 4 And he ANSWERED and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 27 Then ANSWERED Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? MATTHEW 20 13 But he ANSWERED one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny? 22 But Jesus ANSWERED and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able. MATTHEW 21 21 Jesus ANSWERED and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. 24 And Jesus ANSWERED and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things. 27 And they ANSWERED Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things. 29 He ANSWERED and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went. 30 And he came to the second, and said likewise.
