ISAIAH 45 25 In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall GLORY. ISAIAH 46 13 I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my GLORY. ISAIAH 48 11 For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my GLORY unto another. 20 Go ye forth of Babylon, FLEE ye from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth; say ye, The LORD hath redeemed his servant Jacob. ISAIAH 51 11 Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall FLEE away. ISAIAH 58 8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the GLORY of the LORD shall be thy rereward. ISAIAH 59 19 So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his GLORY from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. ISAIAH 60 1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the GLORY of the LORD is risen upon thee. 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his GLORY shall be seen upon thee. 7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee: they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar, and I will glorify the house of my GLORY. 13 The GLORY of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious. 19 The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy GLORY. ISAIAH 61 6 But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their GLORY shall ye boast yourselves. ISAIAH 62 2 And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy GLORY: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name. 3 Thou shalt also be a crown of GLORY in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God. ISAIAH 63 15 Look down from heaven, and behold from the habitation of thy holiness and of thy GLORY: where is thy zeal and thy strength, the sounding of thy bowels and of thy mercies toward me? are they restrained? ISAIAH 66 11 That ye may suck, and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that ye may milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her GLORY. 12 For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the GLORY of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees. 18 For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my GLORY. 19 And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them unto the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal, and Javan, to the isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my GLORY; and they shall declare my GLORY among the Gentiles. JEREMIAH 2 11 Hath a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my people have changed their GLORY for that which doth not profit. JEREMIAH 4 2 And thou shalt swear, The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they GLORY. 29 The whole city shall FLEE for the noise of the horsemen and bowmen; they shall go into thickets, and climb up upon the rocks: every city shall be forsaken, and not a man dwell therein. JEREMIAH 6 1 O ye children of Benjamin, gather yourselves to FLEE out of the midst of Jerusalem, and blow the trumpet in Tekoa, and set up a sign of fire in Bethhaccerem: for evil appeareth out of the north, and great destruction. JEREMIAH 9 23 Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man GLORY in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man GLORY in his might, let not the rich man GLORY in his riches: 24 But let him that glorieth GLORY in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD. JEREMIAH 13 11 For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith the LORD; that they might be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a GLORY: but they would not hear. 16 Give GLORY to the LORD your God, before he cause darkness, and before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains, and, while ye look for light, he turn it into the shadow of death, and make it gross darkness. 18 Say unto the king and to the queen, Humble yourselves, sit down: for your principalities shall come down, even the crown of your GLORY. JEREMIAH 14 21 Do not abhor us, for thy name's sake, do not disgrace the throne of thy GLORY: remember, break not thy covenant with us. JEREMIAH 22 18 Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his GLORY! JEREMIAH 25 35 And the shepherds shall have no way to FLEE, nor the principal of the flock to escape. JEREMIAH 46 6 Let not the swift FLEE away, nor the mighty man escape; they shall stumble, and fall toward the north by the river Euphrates. JEREMIAH 48 6 FLEE, save your lives, and be like the heath in the wilderness. 9 Give wings unto Moab, that it may FLEE and get away: for the cities thereof shall be desolate, without any to dwell therein. 18 Thou daughter that dost inhabit Dibon, come down from thy GLORY, and sit in thirst; for the spoiler of Moab shall come upon thee, and he shall destroy thy strong holds. JEREMIAH 49 8 FLEE ye, turn back, dwell deep, O inhabitants of Dedan; for I will bring the calamity of Esau upon him, the time that I will visit him. 24 Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to FLEE, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail. 30 FLEE, get you far off, dwell deep, O ye inhabitants of Hazor, saith the LORD; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath taken counsel against you, and hath conceived a purpose against you. JEREMIAH 50 16 Cut off the sower from Babylon, and him that handleth the sickle in the time of harvest: for fear of the oppressing sword they shall turn every one to his people, and they shall FLEE every one to his own land. 28 The voice of them that FLEE and escape out of the land of Babylon, to declare in Zion the vengeance of the LORD our God, the vengeance of his temple. JEREMIAH 51 6 FLEE out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the LORD's vengeance; he will render unto her a recompence. EZEKIEL 1 28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the GLORY of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake. EZEKIEL 3 12 Then the spirit took me up, and I heard behind me a voice of a great rushing, saying, Blessed be the GLORY of the LORD from his place. 23 Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and, behold, the GLORY of the LORD stood there, as the GLORY which I saw by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face. EZEKIEL 8 4 And, behold, the GLORY of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain. EZEKIEL 9 3 And the GLORY of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side; EZEKIEL 10 4 Then the GLORY of the LORD went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD's GLORY. 18 Then the GLORY of the LORD departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims. 19 And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also were beside them, and every one stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD's house; and the GLORY of the God of Israel was over them above. --MORE-- |
