2 CHRONICLES 2 4 Behold, I build an house to the name of the LORD my God, to dedicate it to him, and to burn before him sweet incense, and for the continual shewbread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts of the LORD our God. This is an ordinance for EVER to Israel. 2 CHRONICLES 5 13 It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for EVER: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD; 2 CHRONICLES 6 2 But I have built an house of habitation for thee, and a place for thy dwelling for EVER. 2 CHRONICLES 7 3 And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the LORD upon the house, they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for EVER. 6 And the priests waited on their offices: the Levites also with instruments of musick of the LORD, which David the king had made to praise the LORD, because his mercy endureth for EVER, when David praised by their ministry; and the priests sounded trumpets before them, and all Israel stood. 16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for EVER: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually. 2 CHRONICLES 9 8 Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee to set thee on his throne, to be king for the LORD thy God: because thy God loved Israel, to establish them for EVER, therefore made he thee king over them, to do judgment and justice. 2 CHRONICLES 10 7 And they spake unto him, saying, If thou be kind to this people, and please them, and speak good words to them, they will be thy servants for EVER. 2 CHRONICLES 13 5 Ought ye not to know that the LORD God of Israel gave the kingdom over Israel to David for EVER, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt? 2 CHRONICLES 20 7 Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for EVER? 21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for EVER. 2 CHRONICLES 21 7 Howbeit the LORD would not destroy the house of David, because of the covenant that he had made with David, and as he promised to give a light to him and to his sons for EVER. 2 CHRONICLES 30 8 Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were, but yield yourselves unto the LORD, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for EVER: and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of his wrath may turn away from you. 2 CHRONICLES 33 4 Also he built altars in the house of the LORD, whereof the LORD had said, In Jerusalem shall my name be for EVER. 7 And he set a carved image, the idol which he had made, in the house of God, of which God had said to David and to Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen before all the tribes of Israel, will I put my name for EVER: EZRA 3 11 And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the LORD; because he is good, for his mercy endureth for EVER toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid. EZRA 9 12 Now therefore give not your daughters unto their sons, neither take their daughters unto your sons, nor seek their peace or their wealth for EVER: that ye may be strong, and eat the good of the land, and leave it for an inheritance to your children for EVER. NEHEMIAH 2 3 And said unto the king, Let the king live for EVER: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers' sepulchres, lieth waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with fire? NEHEMIAH 13 1 On that day they read in the book of Moses in the audience of the people; and therein was found written, that the Ammonite and the Moabite should not come into the congregation of God for EVER; JOB 4 7 Remember, I pray thee, who EVER perished, being innocent? or where were the righteous cut off? 20 They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for EVER without any regarding it. JOB 36 7 He withdraweth not his eyes from the righteous: but with kings are they on the throne; yea, he doth establish them for EVER, and they are exalted. JOB 41 4 Will he make a covenant with thee? wilt thou take him for a servant for EVER? PSALM 5 11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them EVER shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. PSALM 9 5 Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for EVER and EVER. 7 But the LORD shall endure for EVER: he hath prepared his throne for judgment. 18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for EVER. PSALM 10 16 The LORD is King for EVER and EVER: the heathen are perished out of his land. PSALM 12 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for EVER. PSALM 13 1 How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for EVER? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me? PSALM 19 9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for EVER: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. PSALM 21 4 He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for EVER and EVER. 6 For thou hast made him most blessed for EVER: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance. PSALM 22 26 The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for EVER. PSALM 23 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for EVER. PSALM 25 6 Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been EVER of old. 15 Mine eyes are EVER toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net. PSALM 28 9 Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for EVER. PSALM 29 10 The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for EVER.
