DEUTERONOMY 19 3 Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may FLEE thither. 4 And this is the case of the slayer, which shall FLEE thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past; 5 As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall FLEE unto one of those cities, and live: DEUTERONOMY 20 11 And it shall be, if it make thee answer of peace, and open unto thee, then it shall be, that all the people that is FOUND therein shall be tributaries unto thee, and they shall serve thee. DEUTERONOMY 21 1 If one be FOUND slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him: DEUTERONOMY 22 3 In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother's, which he hath lost, and thou hast FOUND, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself. 14 And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I FOUND her not a maid: 17 And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I FOUND not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city. 20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not FOUND for the damsel: 22 If a man be FOUND lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel. 27 For he FOUND her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her. 28 If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be FOUND; DEUTERONOMY 24 1 When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath FOUND some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. 7 If a man be FOUND stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you. DEUTERONOMY 28 7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and FLEE before thee seven ways. 25 The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and FLEE seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth. DEUTERONOMY 32 10 He FOUND him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. DEUTERONOMY 33 29 Happy art thou, O Israel: who is like unto thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be FOUND liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places. JUDGES 6 17 And he said unto him, If now I have FOUND grace in thy sight, then shew me a sign that thou talkest with me. 37 Behold, I will put a FLEECE of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the FLEECE only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said. 38 And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the FLEECE together, and wringed the dew out of the FLEECE, a bowl full of water. 39 And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the FLEECE; let it now be dry only upon the FLEECE, and upon all the ground let there be dew. 40 And God did so that night: for it was dry upon the FLEECE only, and there was dew on all the ground. JUDGES 14 18 And the men of the city said unto him on the seventh day before the sun went down, What is sweeter than honey? And what is stronger than a lion? and he said unto them, If ye had not plowed with my heifer, ye had not FOUND out my riddle. JUDGES 15 15 And he FOUND a new jawbone of an ass, and put forth his hand, and took it, and slew a thousand men therewith. JUDGES 20 32 And the children of Benjamin said, They are smitten down before us, as at the first. But the children of Israel said, Let us FLEE, and draw them from the city unto the highways.
