NAHUM 1 7 The LORD is GOOD, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. 15 Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth GOOD tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off. NAHUM 2 8 But Nineveh is of old like a pool of water: yet they shall FLEE away. Stand, stand, shall they cry; but none shall look back. NAHUM 3 7 And it shall come to pass, that all they that look upon thee shall FLEE from thee, and say, Nineveh is laid waste: who will bemoan her? whence shall I seek comforters for thee? 17 Thy crowned are as the locusts, and thy captains as the great grasshoppers, which camp in the hedges in the cold day, but when the sun ariseth they FLEE away, and their place is not known where they are. ZEPHANIAH 1 12 And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees: that say in their heart, The LORD will not do GOOD, neither will he do evil. ZECHARIAH 1 13 And the LORD answered the angel that talked with me with GOOD words and comfortable words. ZECHARIAH 2 6 Ho, ho, come forth, and FLEE from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD. ZECHARIAH 11 12 And I said unto them, If ye think GOOD, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver. ZECHARIAH 14 5 And ye shall FLEE to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall FLEE, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee. MALACHI 2 13 And this have ye done again, covering the altar of the LORD with tears, with weeping, and with crying out, insomuch that he regardeth not the offering any more, or receiveth it with GOOD will at your hand. 17 Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is GOOD in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment? MATTHEW 2 13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and FLEE into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. MATTHEW 3 7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to FLEE from the wrath to come? 10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth GOOD fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. MATTHEW 5 13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth GOOD for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your GOOD works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. 44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do GOOD to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the GOOD, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. MATTHEW 7 11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give GOOD gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give GOOD things to them that ask him? 17 Even so every GOOD tree bringeth forth GOOD fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A GOOD tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth GOOD fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth GOOD fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. MATTHEW 8 30 And there was a GOOD way off from them an herd of many swine feeding. MATTHEW 9 2 And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of GOOD cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee. 22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of GOOD comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour. MATTHEW 10 23 But when they persecute you in this city, FLEE ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come. MATTHEW 11 26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed GOOD in thy sight. MATTHEW 12 33 Either make the tree GOOD, and his fruit GOOD; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak GOOD things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 35 A GOOD man out of the GOOD treasure of the heart bringeth forth GOOD things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. MATTHEW 13 8 But other fell into GOOD ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. 23 But he that received seed into the GOOD ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. 24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed GOOD seed in his field: 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow GOOD seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the GOOD seed is the Son of man; 38 The field is the world; the GOOD seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; 48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the GOOD into vessels, but cast the bad away. MATTHEW 14 27 But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of GOOD cheer; it is I; be not afraid. MATTHEW 17 4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is GOOD for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. MATTHEW 18 27 Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and FORGAVE him the debt. 32 Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I FORGAVE thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: MATTHEW 19 10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not GOOD to marry. 16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, GOOD Master, what GOOD thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me GOOD? there is none GOOD but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. MATTHEW 20 15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am GOOD? MATTHEW 22 10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and GOOD: and the wedding was furnished with guests. MATTHEW 24 16 Then let them which be in Judaea FLEE into the mountains: MATTHEW 25 21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou GOOD and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. 23 His lord said unto him, Well done, GOOD and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. --MORE-- |
