NUMBERS 6 25 The LORD make his FACE shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: NUMBERS 11 31 And there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day's journey on this side, and as it were a day's journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the FACE of the earth. DEUTERONOMY 8 20 As the nations which the LORD destroyeth before your FACE, so shall ye perish; because ye would not be obedient unto the voice of the LORD your God. DEUTERONOMY 9 3 Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is he which goeth over before thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy FACE: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee. DEUTERONOMY 18 4 The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the FLEECE of thy sheep, shalt thou give him. DEUTERONOMY 25 2 And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his FACE, according to his fault, by a certain number. 9 Then shall his brother's wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his FACE, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother's house. DEUTERONOMY 28 7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy FACE: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways. 31 Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy FACE, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them. DEUTERONOMY 31 5 And the LORD shall give them up before your FACE, that ye may do unto them according unto all the commandments which I have commanded you. 17 Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my FACE from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us? 18 And I will surely hide my FACE in that day for all the evils which they shall have wrought, in that they are turned unto other gods. DEUTERONOMY 32 20 And he said, I will hide my FACE from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith. DEUTERONOMY 34 10 And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew FACE to FACE, JOSHUA 5 3 And Joshua made him sharp knives, and circumcised the children of Israel at the hill of the FORESKINS. 14 And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his FACE to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his servant? JUDGES 6 22 And when Gideon perceived that he was an angel of the LORD, Gideon said, Alas, O LORD God! for because I have seen an angel of the LORD FACE to FACE. 37 Behold, I will put a FLEECE of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the FLEECE only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said. 38 And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the FLEECE together, and wringed the dew out of the FLEECE, a bowl full of water. 39 And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the FLEECE; let it now be dry only upon the FLEECE, and upon all the ground let there be dew. 40 And God did so that night: for it was dry upon the FLEECE only, and there was dew on all the ground. RUTH 2 10 Then she fell on her FACE, and bowed herself to the ground, and said unto him, Why have I found grace in thine eyes, that thou shouldest take knowledge of me, seeing I am a stranger? 1 SAMUEL 5 3 And when they of Ashdod arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his FACE to the earth before the ark of the LORD.
