But the servants of the king would not put forth their hand to fall upon the priests of the LORD. 1 SAMUEL 23 3 And David's men said unto him, Behold, we be AFRAID here in Judah: how much more then if we come to Keilah against the armies of the Philistines? 13 Then David and his men, which were ABOUT six hundred, arose and departed out of Keilah, and went whithersoever they could go. And it was told Saul that David was escaped from Keilah; and he forbare to go forth. 26 And Saul went on this side of the mountain, and David and his men on that side of the mountain: and David made haste to get away for fear of Saul; for Saul and his men compassed David and his men round ABOUT to take them. 1 SAMUEL 25 13 And David said unto his men, Gird ye on every man his sword. And they girded on every man his sword; and David also girded on his sword: and there went up after David ABOUT four hundred men; and two hundred abode by the stuff. 33 And blessed be thy ADVICE, and blessed be thou, which hast kept me this day from coming to shed blood, and from avenging myself with mine own hand. 38 And it came to pass ABOUT ten days after, that the LORD smote Nabal, that he died. 1 SAMUEL 26 5 And David arose, and came to the place where Saul had pitched: and David beheld the place where Saul lay, and Abner the son of Ner, the captain of his host: and Saul lay in the trench, and the people pitched round ABOUT him. 7 So David and Abishai came to the people by night: and, behold, Saul lay sleeping within the trench, and his spear stuck in the ground at his bolster: but Abner and the people lay round ABOUT him. 1 SAMUEL 28 5 And when Saul saw the host of the Philistines, he was AFRAID, and his heart greatly trembled. 13 And the king said unto her, Be not AFRAID: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. 20 Then Saul fell straightway all along on the earth, and was sore AFRAID, because of the words of Samuel: and there was no strength in him; for he had eaten no bread all the day, nor all the night. 1 SAMUEL 31 4 Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore AFRAID.
