DEUTERONOMY 8 19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify AGAINST you this day that ye shall surely perish. DEUTERONOMY 19 11 But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up AGAINST him, and smite him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities: 15 One witness shall not rise up AGAINST a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established. 16 If a false witness rise up AGAINST any man to testify AGAINST him that which is wrong; 18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely AGAINST his brother; DEUTERONOMY 20 1 When thou goest out to battle AGAINST thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. 3 And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle AGAINST your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them; 4 For the LORD your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you AGAINST your enemies, to save you. 10 When thou comest nigh unto a city to fight AGAINST it, then proclaim peace unto it. 12 And if it will make no peace with thee, but will make war AGAINST thee, then thou shalt besiege it: 18 That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye sin AGAINST the LORD your God. 19 When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war AGAINST it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe AGAINST them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man's life) to employ them in the siege: 20 Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks AGAINST the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued. DEUTERONOMY 21 10 When thou goest forth to war AGAINST thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive, DEUTERONOMY 22 14 And give occasions of speech AGAINST her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid: 17 And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech AGAINST her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city. 26 But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth AGAINST his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter: DEUTERONOMY 23 4 Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired AGAINST thee Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee. 9 When the host goeth forth AGAINST thine enemies, then keep thee from every wicked thing. DEUTERONOMY 24 15 At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry AGAINST thee unto the LORD, and it be sin unto thee. DEUTERONOMY 28 7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up AGAINST thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out AGAINST thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways. 25 The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way AGAINST them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth. 48 Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send AGAINST thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee. 49 The LORD shall bring a nation AGAINST thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; DEUTERONOMY 29 7 And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out AGAINST us unto battle, and we smote them: 20 The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke AGAINST that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven. 27 And the anger of the LORD was kindled AGAINST this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book: DEUTERONOMY 30 19 I call heaven and earth to record this day AGAINST you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: DEUTERONOMY 31 17 Then my anger shall be kindled AGAINST them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us? 19 Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me AGAINST the children of Israel. 21 And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify AGAINST them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I sware. 26 Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness AGAINST thee. 27 For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious AGAINST the LORD; and how much more after my death? 28 Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record AGAINST them. DEUTERONOMY 32 49 Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over AGAINST Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession: 50 And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as AARON thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people: 51 Because ye trespassed AGAINST me among the children of Israel at the waters of MeribahKadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel. DEUTERONOMY 33 11 Bless, LORD, his substance, and ACCEPT the work of his hands; smite through the loins of them that rise AGAINST him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again. DEUTERONOMY 34 1 And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over AGAINST Jericho.
