NEHEMIAH 5 1 And there was a great cry of the people and of their wives AGAINST their brethren the Jews. 7 Then I consulted with myself, and I rebuked the nobles, and the rulers, and said unto them, Ye exact usury, every one of his brother. NEHEMIAH 10 38 And the priest the son of AARON shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house. NEHEMIAH 13 2 Because they met not the children of Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam AGAINST them, that he should curse them: howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing. 15 In those days saw I in Judah some treading wine presses on the sabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and lading asses; as also wine, grapes, and figs, and all manner of burdens, which they brought into Jerusalem on the sabbath day: and I testified AGAINST them in the day wherein they sold victuals. 21 Then I testified AGAINST them, and said unto them, Why lodge ye about the wall? if ye do so again, I will lay hands on you. From that time forth came they no more on the sabbath. 27 Shall we then hearken unto you to do all this great evil, to transgress AGAINST our God in marrying strange wives? ESTHER 2 1 After these things, when the wrath of king Ahasuerus was appeased, he remembered Vashti, and what she had done, and what was decreed AGAINST her. ESTHER 7 7 And the king arising from the banquet of wine in his wrath went into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined AGAINST him by the king. JOB 15 6 Thine own mouth condemneth thee, and not I: yea, thine own lips testify AGAINST thee. 13 That thou turnest thy spirit AGAINST God, and lettest such words go out of thy mouth? 24 Trouble and anguish shall make him afraid; they shall prevail AGAINST him, as a king ready to the battle. 25 For he stretcheth out his hand AGAINST God, and strengtheneth himself AGAINST the Almighty.
