NUMBERS 25 3 And Israel joined himself unto Baalpeor: and the anger of the LORD was kindled AGAINST Israel. 4 And the LORD said unto Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the LORD AGAINST the sun, that the fierce anger of the LORD may be turned away from Israel. NUMBERS 26 9 And the sons of Eliab; Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram. NUMBERS 32 13 And the LORD's anger was kindled AGAINST Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed. 23 But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned AGAINST the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out. NUMBERS 35 25 And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, whither he was fled: and he shall ABIDE in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil. 30 Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify AGAINST any person to cause him to die. DEUTERONOMY 1 1 These be the words which Moses spake unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain over AGAINST the Red sea, between Paran, and Tophel, and Laban, and Hazeroth, and Dizahab. 26 Notwithstanding ye would not go up, but rebelled AGAINST the commandment of the LORD your God: 41 Then ye answered and said unto me, We have sinned AGAINST the LORD, we will go up and fight, according to all that the LORD our God commanded us. DEUTERONOMY 2 15 For indeed the hand of the LORD was AGAINST them, to destroy them from among the host, until they were consumed. 19 And when thou comest nigh over AGAINST the children of Ammon, distress them not, nor meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession. 32 Then Sihon came out AGAINST us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz. DEUTERONOMY 3 1 Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan: and Og the king of Bashan came out AGAINST us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei. 19 But your wives, and your little ones, and your cattle, (for I know that ye have much cattle,) shall ABIDE in your cities which I have given you; 29 So we abode in the valley over AGAINST Bethpeor. DEUTERONOMY 4 26 I call heaven and earth to witness AGAINST you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Jordan to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed. 46 On this side Jordan, in the valley over AGAINST Bethpeor, in the land of Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel smote, after they were come forth out of Egypt: DEUTERONOMY 5 20 Neither shalt thou bear false witness AGAINST thy neighbour. DEUTERONOMY 6 15 (For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled AGAINST thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth. DEUTERONOMY 7 4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled AGAINST you, and destroy thee suddenly. DEUTERONOMY 8 19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify AGAINST you this day that ye shall surely perish. DEUTERONOMY 9 7 Remember, and forget not, how thou provokedst the LORD thy God to wrath in the wilderness: from the day that thou didst depart out of the land of Egypt, until ye came unto this place, ye have been rebellious AGAINST the LORD. 16 And I looked, and, behold, ye had sinned AGAINST the LORD your God, and had made you a molten calf: ye had turned aside quickly out of the way which the LORD had commanded you. 19 For I was afraid of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth AGAINST you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also. 23 Likewise when the LORD sent you from Kadeshbarnea, saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then ye rebelled AGAINST the commandment of the LORD your God, and ye believed him not, nor hearkened to his voice. 24 Ye have been rebellious AGAINST the LORD from the day that I knew you. DEUTERONOMY 11 17 And then the LORD's wrath be kindled AGAINST you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you. 30 Are they not on the other side Jordan, by the way where the sun goeth down, in the land of the Canaanites, which dwell in the champaign over AGAINST Gilgal, beside the plains of Moreh? DEUTERONOMY 15 9 Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil AGAINST thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD AGAINST thee, and it be sin unto thee. DEUTERONOMY 19 11 But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up AGAINST him, and smite him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities: 15 One witness shall not rise up AGAINST a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established. 16 If a false witness rise up AGAINST any man to testify AGAINST him that which is wrong; 18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely AGAINST his brother; DEUTERONOMY 20 1 When thou goest out to battle AGAINST thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. 3 And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle AGAINST your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them; 4 For the LORD your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you AGAINST your enemies, to save you. 10 When thou comest nigh unto a city to fight AGAINST it, then proclaim peace unto it. 12 And if it will make no peace with thee, but will make war AGAINST thee, then thou shalt besiege it: 18 That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye sin AGAINST the LORD your God. 19 When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war AGAINST it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe AGAINST them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man's life) to employ them in the siege: 20 Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks AGAINST the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued. --MORE-- |
