MATTHEW 16 3 And in the morning, It will be FOUL weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? 9 Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the FIVE loaves of the FIVE thousand, and how many baskets ye took up? MARK 12 26 And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of ABRAHAM, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? LUKE 13 16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of ABRAHAM, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? 28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see ABRAHAM, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. LUKE 14 19 And another said, I have bought FIVE yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused. LUKE 16 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into ABRAHAM's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth ABRAHAM afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father ABRAHAM, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But ABRAHAM said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 28 For I have FIVE brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 29 ABRAHAM saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay, father ABRAHAM: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. --MORE-- |
