ABRAHAM believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. 9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to ABRAHAM for righteousness. 12 And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father ABRAHAM, which he had being yet uncircumcised. 13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to ABRAHAM, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. 16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of ABRAHAM; who is the father of us all, ROMANS 6 7 For he that is dead is FREED from sin. ROMANS 9 7 Neither, because they are the seed of ABRAHAM, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. ROMANS 11 1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of ABRAHAM, of the tribe of Benjamin. ROMANS 12 20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of FIRE on his head. 1 CORINTHIANS 3 13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by FIRE; and the FIRE shall try every man's work of what sort it is. 15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by FIRE. 1 CORINTHIANS 14 19 Yet in the church I had rather speak FIVE words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue. 1 CORINTHIANS 15 6 After that, he was seen of above FIVE hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. --MORE-- |
