EZRA 5 13 But in the FIRST year of Cyrus the king of Babylon the same king Cyrus made a decree to build this house of God. 16 Then came the same Sheshbazzar, and laid the FOUNDATION of the house of God which is in Jerusalem: and since that time even until now hath it been in building, and yet it is not finished. EZRA 6 3 In the FIRST year of Cyrus the king the same Cyrus the king made a decree concerning the house of God at Jerusalem, Let the house be builded, the place where they offered sacrifices, and let the foundations thereof be strongly laid; the height thereof threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof threescore cubits; 17 And offered at the dedication of this house of God an hundred bullocks, two hundred rams, FOUR hundred lambs; and for a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel. 19 And the children of the captivity kept the passover upon the fourteenth day of the FIRST month. EZRA 7 9 For upon the FIRST day of the FIRST month began he to go up from Babylon, and on the FIRST day of the fifth month came he to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his God upon him. EZRA 8 31 Then we departed from the river of Ahava on the twelfth day of the FIRST month, to go unto Jerusalem: and the hand of our God was upon us, and he delivered us from the hand of the enemy, and of such as lay in wait by the way. EZRA 10 16 And the children of the captivity did so. And Ezra the priest, with certain chief of the fathers, after the house of their fathers, and all of them by their names, were separated, and sat down in the FIRST day of the tenth month to examine the matter. 17 And they made an end with all the men that had taken strange wives by the FIRST day of the FIRST month. NEHEMIAH 1 3 And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with FIRE. NEHEMIAH 2 3 And said unto the king, Let the king live for ever: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers' sepulchres, lieth waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with FIRE? 13 And I went out by night by the gate of the valley, even before the dragon well, and to the dung port, and viewed the walls of Jerusalem, which were broken down, and the gates thereof were consumed with FIRE. 17 Then said I unto them, Ye see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste, and the gates thereof are burned with FIRE: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach. NEHEMIAH 6 4 Yet they sent unto me FOUR times after this sort; and I answered them after the same manner. NEHEMIAH 7 5 And my God put into mine heart to gather together the nobles, and the rulers, and the people, that they might be reckoned by genealogy. And I found a register of the genealogy of them which came up at the FIRST, and found written therein, 12 The children of Elam, a thousand two hundred fifty and FOUR. 23 The children of Bezai, three hundred twenty and FOUR. 34 The children of the other Elam, a thousand two hundred fifty and FOUR. 43 The Levites: the children of Jeshua, of Kadmiel, and of the children of Hodevah, seventy and FOUR. 69 Their camels, FOUR hundred thirty and five: six thousand seven hundred and twenty asses. NEHEMIAH 8 2 And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the FIRST day of the seventh month. 18 Also day by day, from the FIRST day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according unto the manner. NEHEMIAH 9 12 Moreover thou leddest them in the day by a cloudy pillar; and in the night by a pillar of FIRE, to give them light in the way wherein they should go. 19 Yet thou in thy manifold mercies forsookest them not in the wilderness: the pillar of the cloud departed not from them by day, to lead them in the way; neither the pillar of FIRE by night, to shew them light, and the way wherein they should go. NEHEMIAH 11 6 All the sons of Perez that dwelt at Jerusalem were FOUR hundred threescore and eight valiant men. 18 All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred fourscore and FOUR. PSALM 21 9 Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the FIRE shall devour them.
