13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even AS others which have no hope. 1 THESSALONIANS 5 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh AS a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, AS travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you AS a thief. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, AS do others; but let us watch and be sober. 11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even AS also ye do. 2 THESSALONIANS 1 3 We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, AS it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth; 2 THESSALONIANS 2 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter AS from us, AS that the day of Christ is at hand. 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he AS God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 2 THESSALONIANS 3 1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even AS it is with you: 15 Yet count him not AS an enemy, but admonish him AS a brother. --MORE-- |
