Then I said in my heart, that this also is vanity. 24 There is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. ISAIAH 10 14 And my hand hath found as a nest the riches of the people: and as one gathereth eggs that are left, have I gathered all the earth; and there WAS none that moved the wing, or opened the mouth, or peeped. 24 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, O my people that dwellest in Zion, be not AFRAID of the Assyrian: he shall smite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt. 26 And the LORD of hosts shall stir up a scourge for him according to the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb: and as his rod WAS upon the sea, so shall he lift it up after the manner of Egypt. 29 They are gone over the passage: they have taken up their lodging at Geba; Ramah is AFRAID; Gibeah of Saul is fled. ISAIAH 11 16 And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it WAS to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt. ISAIAH 12 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be AFRAID: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. ISAIAH 13 8 And they shall be AFRAID: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames. ISAIAH 14 28 In the year that king Ahaz died WAS this burden. ISAIAH 17 2 The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them AFRAID. ISAIAH 19 16 In that day shall Egypt be like unto women: and it shall be AFRAID and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which he shaketh over it. 17 And the land of Judah shall be a terror unto Egypt, every one that maketh mention thereof shall be AFRAID in himself, because of the counsel of the LORD of hosts, which he hath determined against it.
