ROMANS 1 3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which WAS made of the seed of David according to the flesh; 13 Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but WAS let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles. 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart WAS darkened. 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which WAS meet. ROMANS 4 3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it WAS counted unto him for righteousness. 9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith WAS reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. 10 How WAS it then reckoned? when he WAS in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. 13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, WAS not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. 18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which WAS spoken, So shall thy seed be. 19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he WAS about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb: 20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but WAS strong in faith, giving glory to God; 21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he WAS able also to perform. 22 And therefore it WAS imputed to him for righteousness. 23 Now it WAS not written for his sake alone, that it WAS imputed to him; 25 Who WAS delivered for our offences, and WAS raised again for our justification. ROMANS 5 13 (For until the law sin WAS in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that WAS to come. 16 And not as it WAS by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment WAS by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. ROMANS 6 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ WAS raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which WAS delivered you. ROMANS 7 8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin WAS dead. 9 For I WAS alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. 10 And the commandment, which WAS ordained to life, I found to be unto death. 13 WAS then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful. ROMANS 8 3 For what the law could not do, in that it WAS weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 20 For the creature WAS made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, ROMANS 9 12 It WAS said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger. 25 As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which WAS not beloved. 26 And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it WAS said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God. ROMANS 10 20 But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I WAS found of them that sought me not; I WAS made manifest unto them that asked not after me. ROMANS 13 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be AFRAID of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be AFRAID; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. ROMANS 15 8 Now I say that Jesus Christ WAS a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers: 20 Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ WAS named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation: 21 But as it is written, To whom he WAS not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand. ROMANS 16 25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which WAS kept secret since the world began, 1 CORINTHIANS 1 6 Even as the testimony of Christ WAS confirmed in you: 13 Is Christ divided? WAS Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul? 1 CORINTHIANS 2 3 And I WAS with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4 And my speech and my preaching WAS not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: 1 CORINTHIANS 7 20 Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he WAS called. --MORE-- |
