MATTHEW 20 8 So when even WAS come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first. MATTHEW 21 4 All this WAS done, that it might be fulfilled which WAS spoken by the prophet, saying, 10 And when he WAS come into Jerusalem, all the city WAS moved, saying, Who is this? 23 And when he WAS come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he WAS teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority? 25 The baptism of John, whence WAS it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him? 33 Hear another parable: There WAS a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country: MATTHEW 22 7 But when the king heard thereof, he WAS wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding WAS furnished with guests. 12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he WAS speechless. 31 But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which WAS spoken unto you by God, saying, 35 Then one of them, which WAS a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, 46 And no man WAS able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions. MATTHEW 24 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as WAS not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. MATTHEW 25 6 And at midnight there WAS a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door WAS shut. 25 And I WAS AFRAID, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. 35 For I WAS an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I WAS thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I WAS a stranger, and ye took me in: 36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I WAS sick, and ye visited me: I WAS in prison, and ye came unto me. 42 For I WAS an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I WAS thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: 43 I WAS a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. MATTHEW 26 3 Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who WAS called Caiaphas, 6 Now when Jesus WAS in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, 20 Now when the even WAS come, he sat down with the twelve. 56 But all this WAS done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled. 71 And when he WAS gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said unto them that were there, This fellow WAS also with Jesus of Nazareth. MATTHEW 27 1 When the morning WAS come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death: 3 Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he WAS condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, 8 Wherefore that field WAS called, The field of blood, unto this day. 9 Then WAS fulfilled that which WAS spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that WAS valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value; 12 And when he WAS accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. 15 Now at that feast the governor WAS wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would. 19 When he WAS set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him. 24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult WAS made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it. 35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which WAS spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots. 45 Now from the sixth hour there WAS darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour. 51 And, behold, the veil of the temple WAS rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this WAS the Son of God. 56 Among which WAS Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedees children. 57 When the even WAS come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself WAS Jesus' disciple: 61 And there WAS Mary Magdalene, and the other Mary, sitting over against the sepulchre. 63 Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he WAS yet alive, After three days I will rise again. MATTHEW 28 2 And, behold, there WAS a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. 3 His countenance WAS like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: 5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which WAS crucified. 10 Then said Jesus unto them, Be not AFRAID: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. MARK 1 6 And John WAS clothed with camel's hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey; 9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and WAS baptized of John in Jordan. 13 And he WAS there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and WAS with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him. 14 Now after that John WAS put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 23 And there WAS in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, 33 And all the city WAS gathered together at the door. 42 And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he WAS cleansed. 45 But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but WAS without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter. --MORE-- |
