DANIEL 1 7 Unto whom the PRINCE of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abednego. 8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the PRINCE of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself. 9 Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the PRINCE of the eunuchs. 10 And the PRINCE of the eunuchs said unto Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the children which are of your sort? then shall ye make me endanger my head to the king. 11 Then said Daniel to Melzar, whom the PRINCE of the eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, 18 Now at the end of the days that the king had said he should bring them in, then the PRINCE of the eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar. DANIEL 10 13 But the PRINCE of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia. 20 Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the PRINCE of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the PRINCE of Grecia shall come. 21 But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your PRINCE. DANIEL 11 18 After this shall he turn his face unto the isles, and shall take many: but a PRINCE for his own behalf shall cause the reproach offered by him to cease; without his own reproach he shall cause it to turn upon him. 22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the PRINCE of the covenant. DANIEL 12 1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great PRINCE which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. HOSEA 3 4 For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a PRINCE, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim: JOEL 3 13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the PRESS is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
