NUMBERS 33 1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which WENT forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron. 3 And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel WENT out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians. 8 And they departed from before Pihahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and WENT three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah. 23 And they WENT from Kehelathah, and pitched in mount Shapher. 29 And they WENT from Mithcah, and pitched in Hashmonah. 33 And they WENT from Horhagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah. 38 And Aaron the priest WENT up into mount Hor at the commandment of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month. DEUTERONOMY 1 17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be AFRAID of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it. 19 And when we departed from Horeb, we WENT through all that great and terrible wilderness, which ye saw by the way of the mountain of the Amorites, as the LORD our God commanded us; and we came to Kadeshbarnea. 24 And they turned and WENT up into the mountain, and came unto the valley of Eshcol, and searched it out. 29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be AFRAID of them. 31 And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the LORD thy God bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye WENT, until ye came into this place. 33 Who WENT in the way before you, to search you out a place to pitch your tents in, in fire by night, to shew you by what way ye should go, and in a cloud by day. 43 So I spake unto you; and ye would not hear, but rebelled against the commandment of the LORD, and WENT presumptuously up into the hill. DEUTERONOMY 2 4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be AFRAID of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore: 13 Now rise up, said I, and get you over the brook Zered. And we WENT over the brook Zered. DEUTERONOMY 3 1 Then we turned, and WENT up the way to Bashan: and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei. DEUTERONOMY 9 19 For I was AFRAID of the anger and hot displeasure, wherewith the LORD was wroth against you to destroy you. But the LORD hearkened unto me at that time also. DEUTERONOMY 10 3 And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and WENT up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand. 22 Thy fathers WENT down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the LORD thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude. DEUTERONOMY 18 22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be AFRAID of him. DEUTERONOMY 20 1 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. DEUTERONOMY 26 5 And thou shalt speak and say before the LORD thy God, A Syrian ready to perish was my father, and he WENT down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous: DEUTERONOMY 28 10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be AFRAID of thee. 60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast AFRAID of; and they shall cleave unto thee. DEUTERONOMY 29 26 For they WENT and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them: DEUTERONOMY 31 1 And Moses WENT and spake these words unto all Israel. 6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be AFRAID of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 14 And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, thy days approach that thou must die: call Joshua, and present yourselves in the tabernacle of the congregation, that I may give him a charge. And Moses and Joshua WENT, and presented themselves in the tabernacle of the congregation. DEUTERONOMY 33 2 And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand WENT a fiery law for them. DEUTERONOMY 34 1 And Moses WENT up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. And the LORD shewed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan, JOSHUA 1 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not AFRAID, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. JOSHUA 2 1 And Joshua the son of Nun sent out of Shittim two men to spy secretly, saying, Go view the land, even Jericho. And they WENT, and came into an harlot's house, named Rahab, and lodged there. 5 And it came to pass about the time of shutting of the gate, when it was dark, that the men WENT out: whither the men WENT I wot not: pursue after them quickly; for ye shall overtake them. 22 And they WENT, and came unto the mountain, and abode there three days, until the pursuers were returned: and the pursuers sought them throughout all the way, but found them not. JOSHUA 3 2 And it came to pass after three days, that the officers WENT through the host; 6 And Joshua spake unto the priests, saying, Take up the ark of the covenant, and pass over before the people. And they took up the ark of the covenant, and WENT before the people. JOSHUA 5 13 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua WENT unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? JOSHUA 6 1 Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none WENT out, and none came in. 9 And the armed men WENT before the priests that blew with the trumpets, and the rereward came after the ark, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets. 13 And seven priests bearing seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the LORD WENT on continually, and blew with the trumpets: and the armed men WENT before them; but the rereward came after the ark of the LORD, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets. 20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people WENT up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city. 23 And the young men that were spies WENT in, and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her kindred, and left them without the camp of Israel. JOSHUA 7 2 And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Bethaven, on the east of Bethel, and spake unto them, saying, Go up and view the country. And the men WENT up and viewed Ai. 4 So there WENT up thither of the people about three thousand men: and they fled before the men of Ai. JOSHUA 8 9 Joshua therefore sent them forth: and they WENT to lie in ambush, and abode between Bethel and Ai, on the west side of Ai: but Joshua lodged that night among the people. 10 And Joshua rose up early in the morning, and numbered the people, and WENT up, he and the elders of Israel, before the people to Ai. 11 And all the people, even the people of war that were with him, WENT up, and drew nigh, and came before the city, and pitched on the north side of Ai: now there was a valley between them and Ai. 13 And when they had set the people, even all the host that was on the north of the city, and their liers in wait on the west of the city, Joshua WENT that night into the midst of the valley. 14 And it came to pass, when the king of Ai saw it, that they hasted and rose up early, and the men of the city WENT out against Israel to battle, he and all his people, at a time appointed, before the plain; but he wist not that there were liers in ambush against him behind the city. 17 And there was not a man left in Ai or Bethel, that WENT not out after Israel: and they left the city open, and pursued after Israel. --MORE-- |
