LEVITICUS 19 4 Turn ye not unto idols, NOR make to yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God. 14 Thou shalt not curse the deaf, NOR put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD. 15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, NOR honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour. 18 Thou shalt not avenge, NOR bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD. 20 And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, NOR freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free. 26 Ye shall not eat any thing with the blood: neither shall ye use enchantment, NOR observe times. 28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, NOR print any marks upon you: I am the LORD. LEVITICUS 20 19 And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister, NOR of thy father's sister: for he uncovereth his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity. LEVITICUS 21 5 They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, NOR make any cuttings in their flesh. 10 And he that is the high priest among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his head, NOR rend his clothes; 11 Neither shall he go in to any dead body, NOR defile himself for his father, or for his mother; 12 Neither shall he go out of the sanctuary, NOR profane the sanctuary of his God; for the crown of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD. 23 Only he shall not go in unto the vail, NOR come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them. LEVITICUS 22 22 Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD, NOR make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD. LEVITICUS 23 14 And ye shall eat neither bread, NOR parched corn, NOR green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. LEVITICUS 25 4 But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, NOR prune thy vineyard. 11 A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, NOR gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed. 20 And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, NOR gather in our increase: 37 Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, NOR lend him thy victuals for increase. LEVITICUS 26 1 Ye shall make you no idols NOR graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God. 6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you AFRAID: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. LEVITICUS 27 10 He shall not alter it, NOR change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy. NUMBERS 3 19 And the sons of Kohath by their families; AMRAM, and Izehar, Hebron, and Uzziel. NUMBERS 9 12 They shall leave none of it unto the morning, NOR break any bone of it: according to all the ordinances of the passover they shall keep it. NUMBERS 11 19 Ye shall not eat one day, NOR two days, NOR five days, neither ten days, NOR twenty days; NUMBERS 12 8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not AFRAID to speak against my servant Moses? NUMBERS 18 3 And they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the tabernacle: only they shall not come nigh the vessels of the sanctuary and the altar, that neither they, NOR ye also, die. NUMBERS 20 17 Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king's high way, we will not turn to the right hand NOR to the left, until we have passed thy borders. DEUTERONOMY 1 17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be AFRAID of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it. 29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be AFRAID of them. 45 And ye returned and wept before the LORD; but the LORD would not hearken to your voice, NOR give ear unto you. DEUTERONOMY 2 4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be AFRAID of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore: 19 And when thou comest nigh over against the children of Ammon, distress them not, NOR meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession. 27 Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand NOR to the left. 37 Only unto the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, NOR unto any place of the river Jabbok, NOR unto the cities in the mountains, NOR unto whatsoever the LORD our God forbad us. DEUTERONOMY 4 28 And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, NOR hear, NOR eat, NOR smell. 31 (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, NOR forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them. DEUTERONOMY 5 5 (I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were AFRAID by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) saying, 9 Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, NOR serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, 14 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, NOR thy son, NOR thy daughter, NOR thy manservant, NOR thy maidservant, NOR thine ox, NOR thine ass, NOR any of thy cattle, NOR thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou. DEUTERONOMY 7 2 And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, NOR shew mercy unto them: 3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, NOR his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. 7 The LORD did not set his love upon you, NOR choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: 18 Thou shalt not be AFRAID of them: but shalt well remember what the LORD thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt; 19 The great temptations which thine eyes saw, and the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the stretched out arm, whereby the LORD thy God brought thee out: so shall the LORD thy God do unto all the people of whom thou art AFRAID. 25 The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them, NOR take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therin: for it is an abomination to the LORD thy God. --MORE-- |
