NUMBERS 7 14 One spoon of ten shekels of GOLD, full of incense: 20 One spoon of GOLD of ten shekels, full of incense: 84 This was the dedication of the altar, in the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve chargers of silver, twelve silver bowls, twelve spoons of GOLD: 86 The golden spoons were twelve, full of incense, weighing ten shekels apiece, after the shekel of the sanctuary: all the GOLD of the spoons was an hundred and twenty shekels. NUMBERS 8 4 And this work of the candlestick was of beaten GOLD, unto the shaft thereof, unto the flowers thereof, was beaten work: according unto the pattern which the LORD had shewed Moses, so he made the candlestick. NUMBERS 10 35 And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, LORD, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee FLEE before thee. NUMBERS 22 18 And Balaam answered and said unto the servants of Balak, If Balak would give me his house full of silver and GOLD, I cannot go beyond the word of the LORD my God, to do less or more. NUMBERS 24 11 Therefore now FLEE thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the LORD hath kept thee back from honour. 13 If Balak would give me his house full of silver and GOLD, I cannot go beyond the commandment of the LORD, to do either good or bad of mine own mind; but what the LORD saith, that will I speak? NUMBERS 31 22 Only the GOLD, and the silver, the brass, the iron, the tin, and the lead, 50 We have therefore brought an oblation for the LORD, what every man hath gotten, of jewels of GOLD, chains, and bracelets, rings, earrings, and tablets, to make an atonement for our souls before the LORD. 51 And Moses and Eleazar the priest took the GOLD of them, even all wrought jewels. 52 And all the GOLD of the offering that they offered up to the LORD, of the captains of thousands, and of the captains of hundreds, was sixteen thousand seven hundred and fifty shekels. 54 And Moses and Eleazar the priest took the GOLD of the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and brought it into the tabernacle of the congregation, for a memorial for the children of Israel before the LORD. NUMBERS 35 6 And among the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites there shall be six cities for refuge, which ye shall appoint for the manslayer, that he may FLEE thither: and to them ye shall add forty and two cities. 11 Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may FLEE thither, which killeth any person at unawares. 15 These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may FLEE thither. DEUTERONOMY 4 42 That the slayer might FLEE thither, which should kill his neighbour unawares, and hated him not in times past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live: DEUTERONOMY 7 25 The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or GOLD that is on them, nor take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therin: for it is an abomination to the LORD thy God. DEUTERONOMY 8 13 And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy GOLD is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied; DEUTERONOMY 17 17 Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and GOLD. DEUTERONOMY 18 4 The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the FLEECE of thy sheep, shalt thou give him. DEUTERONOMY 19 3 Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may FLEE thither. 4 And this is the case of the slayer, which shall FLEE thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past; 5 As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall FLEE unto one of those cities, and live: DEUTERONOMY 28 7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and FLEE before thee seven ways. 25 The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and FLEE seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth. DEUTERONOMY 29 17 And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and GOLD, which were among them:) JOSHUA 6 19 But all the silver, and GOLD, and vessels of brass and iron, are consecrated unto the LORD: they shall come into the treasury of the LORD. 24 And they burnt the city with fire, and all that was therein: only the silver, and the GOLD, and the vessels of brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the LORD. JOSHUA 7 21 When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of GOLD of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it. 24 And Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver, and the garment, and the wedge of GOLD, and his sons, and his daughters, and his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his tent, and all that he had: and they brought them unto the valley of Achor. JOSHUA 8 5 And I, and all the people that are with me, will approach unto the city: and it shall come to pass, when they come out against us, as at the first, that we will FLEE before them, 6 (For they will come out after us) till we have drawn them from the city; for they will say, They FLEE before us, as at the first: therefore we will FLEE before them. 20 And when the men of Ai looked behind them, they saw, and, behold, the smoke of the city ascended up to heaven, and they had no power to FLEE this way or that way: and the people that fled to the wilderness turned back upon the pursuers. JOSHUA 9 3 And when the inhabitants of GIBEON heard what Joshua had done unto Jericho and to Ai, 17 And the children of Israel journeyed, and came unto their cities on the third day. Now their cities were GIBEON, and Chephirah, and Beeroth, and Kirjathjearim. JOSHUA 10 1 Now it came to pass, when Adonizedec king of Jerusalem had heard how Joshua had taken Ai, and had utterly destroyed it; as he had done to Jericho and her king, so he had done to Ai and her king; and how the inhabitants of GIBEON had made peace with Israel, and were among them; 2 That they feared greatly, because GIBEON was a great city, as one of the royal cities, and because it was greater than Ai, and all the men thereof were mighty. 4 Come up unto me, and help me, that we may smite GIBEON: for it hath made peace with Joshua and with the children of Israel. 5 Therefore the five kings of the Amorites, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, the king of Eglon, gathered themselves together, and went up, they and all their hosts, and encamped before GIBEON, and made war against it. 6 And the men of GIBEON sent unto Joshua to the camp to Gilgal, saying, Slack not thy hand from thy servants; come up to us quickly, and save us, and help us: for all the kings of the Amorites that dwell in the mountains are gathered together against us. 10 And the LORD discomfited them before Israel, and slew them with a great slaughter at GIBEON, and chased them along the way that goeth up to Bethhoron, and smote them to Azekah, and unto Makkedah. 12 Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon GIBEON; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. 41 And Joshua smote them from Kadeshbarnea even unto Gaza, and all the country of Goshen, even unto GIBEON. JOSHUA 11 19 There was not a city that made peace with the children of Israel, save the Hivites the inhabitants of GIBEON: all other they took in battle. JOSHUA 18 25 GIBEON, and Ramah, and Beeroth, JOSHUA 20 3 That the slayer that killeth any person unawares and unwittingly may FLEE thither: and they shall be your refuge from the avenger of blood. 4 And when he that doth FLEE unto one of those cities shall stand at the entering of the gate of the city, and shall declare his cause in the ears of the elders of that city, they shall take him into the city unto them, and give him a place, that he may dwell among them. 9 These were the cities appointed for all the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them, that whosoever killeth any person at unawares might FLEE thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he stood before the congregation. --MORE-- |
