JOHN 6 19 So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were AFRAID. 20 But he saith unto them, It is I; be not AFRAID. JOHN 8 33 They answered him, We be ABRAHAM's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? 37 I know that ye are ABRAHAM's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. 39 They answered and said unto him, ABRAHAM is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were ABRAHAM's children, ye would do the works of ABRAHAM. 40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not ABRAHAM. 52 Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. ABRAHAM is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death. 53 Art thou greater than our father ABRAHAM, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: whom makest thou thyself? 56 Your father ABRAHAM rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. 57 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen ABRAHAM? 58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before ABRAHAM was, I am. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be AFRAID. JOHN 15 4 ABIDE in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it ABIDE in the vine; no more can ye, except ye ABIDE in me. 6 If a man ABIDE not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If ye ABIDE in me, and my words ABIDE in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall ABIDE in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and ABIDE in his love. JOHN 19 8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more AFRAID; ACTS 3 13 The God of ABRAHAM, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go. 25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto ABRAHAM, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. ACTS 7 2 And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared unto our father ABRAHAM, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran, 8 And he gave him the covenant of circumcision: and so ABRAHAM begat Isaac, and circumcised him the eighth day; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat the twelve patriarchs. 16 And were carried over into Sychem, and laid in the sepulchre that ABRAHAM bought for a sum of money of the sons of Emmor the father of Sychem. 17 But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which God had sworn to ABRAHAM, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt, 32 Saying, I am the God of thy fathers, the God of ABRAHAM, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold. ACTS 22 9 And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were AFRAID; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me. 29 Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was AFRAID, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him. ACTS 27 31 Paul said to the centurion and to the soldiers, Except these ABIDE in the ship, ye cannot be saved. ROMANS 4 1 What shall we say then that ABRAHAM our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? 2 For if ABRAHAM were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. 3 For what saith the scripture? ABRAHAM believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. 9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to ABRAHAM for righteousness. 12 And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father ABRAHAM, which he had being yet uncircumcised. 13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to ABRAHAM, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. 16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of ABRAHAM; who is the father of us all, ROMANS 9 7 Neither, because they are the seed of ABRAHAM, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. ROMANS 11 1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of ABRAHAM, of the tribe of Benjamin. 23 And they also, if they ABIDE not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again. ROMANS 13 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be AFRAID of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be AFRAID; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 1 CORINTHIANS 3 14 If any man's work ABIDE which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 1 CORINTHIANS 7 8 I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they ABIDE even as I. 20 Let every man ABIDE in the same calling wherein he was called. 24 Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein ABIDE with God. 40 But she is happier if she so ABIDE, after my judgment: and I think also that I have the Spirit of God. --MORE-- |
