1 KINGS 14 8 And rent the kingdom away from the house of David, and gave it thee: and yet thou HAST not been as my servant David, who kept my commandments, and who followed me with all his heart, to do that only which was right in mine eyes; 9 But HAST done evil above all that were before thee: for thou HAST gone and made thee other gods, and molten images, to provoke me to anger, and HAST cast me behind thy back: 1 KINGS 16 2 Forasmuch as I exalted thee out of the dust, and made thee prince over my people Israel; and thou HAST walked in the way of Jeroboam, and HAST made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins; 1 KINGS 17 13 And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou HAST said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son. 20 And he cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, HAST thou also brought evil upon the widow with whom I sojourn, by slaying her son? 1 KINGS 18 18 And he answered, I have not troubled Israel; but thou, and thy father's house, in that ye have forsaken the commandments of the LORD, and thou HAST followed Baalim. 37 Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the LORD God, and that thou HAST turned their heart back again. 1 KINGS 20 13 And, behold, there came a prophet unto Ahab king of Israel, saying, Thus saith the LORD, HAST thou seen all this great multitude? behold, I will deliver it into thine hand this day; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD. 25 And number thee an army, like the army that thou HAST lost, horse for horse, and chariot for chariot: and we will fight against them in the plain, and surely we shall be stronger than they. And he hearkened unto their voice, and did so. 36 Then said he unto him, Because thou HAST not obeyed the voice of the LORD, behold, as soon as thou art departed from me, a lion shall slay thee. And as soon as he was departed from him, a lion found him, and slew him. 40 And as thy servant was busy here and there, he was gone. And the king of Israel said unto him, So shall thy judgment be; thyself HAST decided it. 42 And he said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Because thou HAST let go out of thy hand a man whom I appointed to utter destruction, therefore thy life shall go for his life, and thy people for his people. 1 KINGS 21 19 And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, HAST thou killed, and also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick thy blood, even thine. 20 And Ahab said to Elijah, HAST thou found me, O mine enemy? And he answered, I have found thee: because thou HAST sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the LORD. 22 And will make thine house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, for the provocation wherewith thou HAST provoked me to anger, and made Israel to sin. 2 KINGS 1 15 And the angel of the LORD said unto Elijah, Go down with him: be not AFRAID of him. And he arose, and went down with him unto the king. 16 And he said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Forasmuch as thou HAST sent messengers to enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron, is it not because there is no God in Israel to enquire of his word? therefore thou shalt not come down off that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die. 2 KINGS 2 10 And he said, Thou HAST asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so. 2 KINGS 4 2 And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what HAST thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil. 13 And he said unto him, Say now unto her, Behold, thou HAST been careful for us with all this care; what is to be done for thee? wouldest thou be spoken for to the king, or to the captain of the host? And she answered, I dwell among mine own people. 2 KINGS 5 8 And it was so, when Elisha the man of God had heard that the king of Israel had rent his clothes, that he sent to the king, saying, Wherefore HAST thou rent thy clothes? let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel. 2 KINGS 6 22 And he answered, Thou shalt not smite them: wouldest thou smite those whom thou HAST taken captive with thy sword and with thy bow? set bread and water before them, that they may eat and drink, and go to their master. 2 KINGS 9 18 So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What HAST thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came to them, but he cometh not again. 19 Then he sent out a second on horseback, which came to them, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What HAST thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. 2 KINGS 10 4 But they were exceedingly AFRAID, and said, Behold, two kings stood not before him: how then shall we stand? 30 And the LORD said unto Jehu, Because thou HAST done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and HAST done unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart, thy children of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel. 2 KINGS 14 10 Thou HAST indeed smitten Edom, and thine heart hath lifted thee up: glory of this, and tarry at home: for why shouldest thou meddle to thy hurt, that thou shouldest fall, even thou, and Judah with thee? 2 KINGS 17 26 Wherefore they spake to the king of Assyria, saying, The nations which thou HAST removed, and placed in the cities of Samaria, know not the manner of the God of the land: therefore he hath sent lions among them, and, behold, they slay them, because they know not the manner of the God of the land. 2 KINGS 19 6 And Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say to your master, Thus saith the LORD, Be not AFRAID of the words which thou HAST heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me. 11 Behold, thou HAST heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all lands, by destroying them utterly: and shalt thou be delivered? 15 And Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said, O LORD God of Israel, which dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou HAST made heaven and earth. 20 Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, That which thou HAST prayed to me against Sennacherib king of Assyria I have heard. 22 Whom HAST thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom HAST thou exalted thy voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high? even against the Holy One of Israel. 23 By thy messengers thou HAST reproached the LORD, and HAST said, With the multitude of my chariots I am come up to the height of the mountains, to the sides of Lebanon, and will cut down the tall cedar trees thereof, and the choice fir trees thereof: and I will enter into the lodgings of his borders, and into the forest of his Carmel. 25 HAST thou not heard long ago how I have done it, and of ancient times that I have formed it? now have I brought it to pass, that thou shouldest be to lay waste fenced cities into ruinous heaps. 2 KINGS 20 19 Then said Hezekiah unto Isaiah, Good is the word of the LORD which thou HAST spoken. And he said, Is it not good, if peace and truth be in my days? 2 KINGS 22 18 But to the king of Judah which sent you to enquire of the LORD, thus shall ye say to him, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, As touching the words which thou HAST heard; 19 Because thine heart was tender, and thou HAST humbled thyself before the LORD, when thou heardest what I spake against this place, and against the inhabitants thereof, that they should become a desolation and a curse, and HAST rent thy clothes, and wept before me; I also have heard thee, saith the LORD. 2 KINGS 23 17 Then he said, What title is that that I see? And the men of the city told him, It is the sepulchre of the man of God, which came from Judah, and proclaimed these things that thou HAST done against the altar of Bethel. 2 KINGS 25 26 And all the people, both small and great, and the captains of the armies, arose, and came to Egypt: for they were AFRAID of the Chaldees. 1 CHRONICLES 10 4 Then said Saul to his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore AFRAID. So Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. 1 CHRONICLES 13 12 And David was AFRAID of God that day, saying, How shall I bring the ark of God home to me? 1 CHRONICLES 17 8 And I have been with thee whithersoever thou HAST walked, and have cut off all thine enemies from before thee, and have made thee a name like the name of the great men that are in the earth. 16 And David the king came and sat before the LORD, and said, Who am I, O LORD God, and what is mine house, that thou HAST brought me hitherto? 17 And yet this was a small thing in thine eyes, O God; for thou HAST also spoken of thy servant's house for a great while to come, and HAST regarded me according to the estate of a man of high degree, O LORD God. 19 O LORD, for thy servant's sake, and according to thine own heart, HAST thou done all this greatness, in making known all these great things. 21 And what one nation in the earth is like thy people Israel, whom God went to redeem to be his own people, to make thee a name of greatness and terribleness, by driving out nations from before thy people whom thou HAST redeemed out of Egypt? 23 Therefore now, LORD, let the thing that thou HAST spoken concerning thy servant and concerning his house be established for ever, and do as thou HAST said. 25 For thou, O my God, HAST told thy servant that thou wilt build him an house: therefore thy servant hath found in his heart to pray before thee. 26 And now, LORD, thou art God, and HAST promised this goodness unto thy servant: --MORE-- |
