LUKE 2 9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore AFRAID. LUKE 3 18 And many OTHER things in his exhortation preached he unto the people. LUKE 4 43 And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to OTHER cities also: for therefore am I sent. LUKE 5 7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the OTHER ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink. LUKE 6 10 And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the OTHER. 29 And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the OTHER; and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also. LUKE 7 41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the OTHER fifty. LUKE 8 8 And OTHER fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. 22 Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples: and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the OTHER side of the lake. And they launched forth. 25 And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being AFRAID wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him. 35 Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were AFRAID. LUKE 10 1 After these things the LORD appointed OTHER seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. 31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the OTHER side. 32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the OTHER side. LUKE 11 26 Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven OTHER spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. 42 But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the OTHER undone. LUKE 12 4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not AFRAID of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. LUKE 14 32 Or else, while the OTHER is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace. LUKE 16 13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the OTHER; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the OTHER. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. LUKE 17 24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the OTHER part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. 34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the OTHER shall be left. 35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the OTHER left. 36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the OTHER left. LUKE 18 10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the OTHER a publican. 11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as OTHER men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. 14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the OTHER: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. LUKE 22 65 And many OTHER things blasphemously spake they against him. LUKE 23 32 And there were also two OTHER, malefactors, led with him to be put to death. 33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the OTHER on the left. 40 But the OTHER answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? LUKE 24 5 And as they were AFRAID, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? 10 It was Mary Magdalene and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and OTHER women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles. JOHN 4 38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: OTHER men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours. JOHN 6 19 So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were AFRAID. 20 But he saith unto them, It is I; be not AFRAID. 22 The day following, when the people which stood on the OTHER side of the sea saw that there was none OTHER boat there, save that one whereinto his disciples were entered, and that Jesus went not with his disciples into the boat, but that his disciples were gone away alone; 23 (Howbeit there came OTHER boats from Tiberias nigh unto the place where they did eat bread, after that the Lord had given thanks:) 25 And when they had found him on the OTHER side of the sea, they said unto him, Rabbi, when camest thou hither? JOHN 10 1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some OTHER way, the same is a thief and a robber. 16 And OTHER sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. JOHN 14 27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be AFRAID. JOHN 15 24 If I had not done among them the works which none OTHER man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father. JOHN 18 16 But Peter stood at the door without. Then went out that OTHER disciple, which was known unto the high priest, and spake unto her that kept the door, and brought in Peter. JOHN 19 8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more AFRAID; 18 Where they crucified him, and two OTHER with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst. 32 Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the OTHER which was crucified with him. JOHN 20 2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the OTHER disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the LORD out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. 3 Peter therefore went forth, and that OTHER disciple, and came to the sepulchre. 4 So they ran both together: and the OTHER disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. 8 Then went in also that OTHER disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. 12 And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the OTHER at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. 25 The OTHER disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the LORD. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. 30 And many OTHER signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: --MORE-- |
