EZEKIEL 17 8 It was planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear FRUIT, that it might be a goodly vine. 9 Say thou, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the FRUIT thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without great power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof. 23 In the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear FRUIT, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell. EZEKIEL 19 12 But she was plucked up in fury, she was cast down to the ground, and the east wind dried up her FRUIT: her strong rods were broken and withered; the fire consumed them. 14 And fire is gone out of a rod of her branches, which hath devoured her FRUIT, so that she hath no strong rod to be a sceptre to rule. This is a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation. EZEKIEL 24 17 FORBEAR to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the tire of thine head upon thee, and put on thy shoes upon thy feet, and cover not thy lips, and eat not the bread of men. EZEKIEL 25 4 Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy FRUIT, and they shall drink thy milk. EZEKIEL 34 27 And the tree of the field shall yield her FRUIT, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them. EZEKIEL 36 8 But ye, O mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your FRUIT to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come. 11 And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring FRUIT: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the LORD. 30 And I will multiply the FRUIT of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen. EZEKIEL 47 12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the FRUIT thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new FRUIT according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the FRUIT thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine. DANIEL 4 12 The leaves thereof were fair, and the FRUIT thereof much, and in it was meat for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all flesh was fed of it. 14 He cried aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his FRUIT: let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches: 21 Whose leaves were fair, and the FRUIT thereof much, and in it was meat for all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation: HOSEA 4 6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also FORGET thy children. HOSEA 9 7 The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a FOOL, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred. 16 Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no FRUIT: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved FRUIT of their womb. HOSEA 10 1 Israel is an empty vine, he bringeth forth FRUIT unto himself: according to the multitude of his FRUIT he hath increased the altars; according to the goodness of his land they have made goodly images. 13 Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the FRUIT of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men. HOSEA 14 8 Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy FRUIT found. JOEL 2 22 Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her FRUIT, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. AMOS 2 9 Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his FRUIT from above, and his roots from beneath. Then said the LORD unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more. 7 The LORD hath sworn by the excellency of Jacob, Surely I will never FORGET any of their works. AMOS 9 14 And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the FRUIT of them. MICAH 6 7 Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the FRUIT of my body for the sin of my soul? MICAH 7 1 Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe FRUIT. 13 Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the FRUIT of their doings. HABAKKUK 3 17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall FRUIT be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: HAGGAI 1 10 Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from her FRUIT. ZECHARIAH 8 12 For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her FRUIT, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things. ZECHARIAH 11 12 And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, FORBEAR. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver. MALACHI 1 12 But ye have profaned it, in that ye say, The table of the LORD is polluted; and the FRUIT thereof, even his meat, is contemptible. MALACHI 3 11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her FRUIT before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. MATTHEW 3 10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good FRUIT is hewn down, and cast into the fire. MATTHEW 5 22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou FOOL, shall be in danger of hell fire. MATTHEW 7 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good FRUIT; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil FRUIT. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil FRUIT, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good FRUIT. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good FRUIT is hewn down, and cast into the fire. MATTHEW 12 33 Either make the tree good, and his FRUIT good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his FRUIT corrupt: for the tree is known by his FRUIT. MATTHEW 13 8 But other fell into good ground, and brought forth FRUIT, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. 23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth FRUIT, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth FRUIT, then appeared the tares also. MATTHEW 21 19 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no FRUIT grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away. 34 And when the time of the FRUIT drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it. MATTHEW 26 29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this FRUIT of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom. --MORE-- |
