PSALM 3 6 I will not be AFRAID of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about. PSALM 4 2 O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into SHAME? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah. PSALM 18 4 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me AFRAID. 45 The strangers shall fade away, and be AFRAID out of their close places. PSALM 27 1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be AFRAID? PSALM 35 4 Let them be confounded and put to SHAME that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt. 26 Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with SHAME and dishonour that magnify themselves against me. PSALM 40 14 Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to SHAME that wish me evil. 15 Let them be desolate for a reward of their SHAME that say unto me, Aha, aha. PSALM 44 7 But thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to SHAME that hated us. 9 But thou hast cast off, and put us to SHAME; and goest not forth with our armies. 15 My confusion is continually before me, and the SHAME of my face hath covered me, PSALM 49 16 Be not thou AFRAID when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased; PSALM 53 5 There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to SHAME, because God hath despised them. PSALM 56 3 What time I am AFRAID, I will trust in thee. 11 In God have I put my trust: I will not be AFRAID what man can do unto me. PSALM 65 8 They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are AFRAID at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice. PSALM 69 7 Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; SHAME hath covered my face. 19 Thou hast known my reproach, and my SHAME, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee. PSALM 70 3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their SHAME that say, Aha, aha. PSALM 71 24 My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto SHAME, that seek my hurt. PSALM 77 16 The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were AFRAID: the depths also were troubled. PSALM 83 15 So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them AFRAID with thy storm. 16 Fill their faces with SHAME; that they may seek thy name, O LORD. 17 Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to SHAME, and perish: PSALM 89 45 The days of his youth hast thou shortened: thou hast covered him with SHAME. Selah. PSALM 91 5 Thou shalt not be AFRAID for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; PSALM 109 29 Let mine adversaries be clothed with SHAME, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle. PSALM 112 7 He shall not be AFRAID of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD. 8 His heart is established, he shall not be AFRAID, until he see his desire upon his enemies. PSALM 119 31 I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to SHAME. 120 My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am AFRAID of thy judgments. PSALM 132 18 His enemies will I clothe with SHAME: but upon himself shall his crown flourish. PROVERBS 3 24 When thou liest down, thou shalt not be AFRAID: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet. 25 Be not AFRAID of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. 35 The wise shall inherit glory: but SHAME shall be the promotion of fools. PROVERBS 9 7 He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself SHAME: and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot. PROVERBS 10 5 He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth SHAME. PROVERBS 11 2 When pride cometh, then cometh SHAME: but with the lowly is wisdom.
