ESTHER 7 1 So the king and Haman came to banquet WITH Esther the queen. 6 And Esther said, The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was AFRAID before the king and the queen. ESTHER 8 3 And Esther spake yet again before the king, and fell down at his feet, and besought him WITH tears to put away the mischief of Haman the Agagite, and his device that he had devised against the Jews. 8 Write ye also for the Jews, as it liketh you, in the king's name, and seal it WITH the king's ring: for the writing which is written in the king's name, and sealed WITH the king's ring, may no man reverse. 10 And he wrote in the king Ahasuerus' name, and sealed it WITH the king's ring, and sent letters by posts on horseback, and riders on mules, camels, and young dromedaries: 15 And Mordecai went out from the presence of the king in royal apparel of blue and white, and WITH a great crown of gold, and WITH a garment of fine linen and purple: and the city of Shushan rejoiced and was glad. JOB 4 2 If we assay to commune WITH thee, wilt thou be grieved? but who can withhold himself from speaking? 18 Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged WITH folly: JOB 5 14 They meet WITH darkness in the day time, and grope in the noonday as in the night. 21 Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be AFRAID of destruction when it cometh. 22 At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh: neither shalt thou be AFRAID of the beasts of the earth. 23 For thou shalt be in league WITH the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace WITH thee. JOB 6 21 For now ye are nothing; ye see my casting down, and are AFRAID. JOB 7 5 My flesh is clothed WITH worms and clods of dust; my skin is broken, and become loathsome. 14 Then thou scarest me WITH dreams, and terrifiest me through visions: JOB 8 21 Till he fill thy mouth WITH laughing, and thy lips WITH rejoicing. 22 They that hate thee shall be clothed WITH shame; and the dwelling place of the wicked shall come to nought. JOB 9 2 I know it is so of a truth: but how should man be just WITH God? 3 If he will contend WITH him, he cannot answer him one of a thousand. 14 How much less shall I answer him, and choose out my words to reason WITH him? 17 For he breaketh me WITH a tempest, and multiplieth my wounds without cause. 18 He will not suffer me to take my breath, but filleth me WITH bitterness. 28 I am AFRAID of all my sorrows, I know that thou wilt not hold me innocent. 30 If I wash myself WITH snow water, and make my hands never so clean; 35 Then would I speak, and not fear him; but it is not so WITH me. JOB 10 2 I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou contendest WITH me. 11 Thou hast clothed me WITH skin and flesh, and hast fenced me WITH bones and sinews. 13 And these things hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this is WITH thee. JOB 11 19 Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make thee AFRAID; yea, many shall make suit unto thee. JOB 12 2 No doubt but ye are the people, and wisdom shall die WITH you. 5 He that is ready to slip WITH his feet is as a lamp despised in the thought of him that is at ease. 12 WITH the ancient is wisdom; and in length of days understanding. 13 WITH him is wisdom and strength, he hath counsel and understanding. 16 WITH him is strength and wisdom: the deceived and the deceiver are his. 18 He looseth the bond of kings, and girdeth their loins WITH a girdle. JOB 13 3 Surely I would speak to the Almighty, and I desire to reason WITH God. 11 Shall not his excellency make you AFRAID? and his dread fall upon you? 17 Hear diligently my speech, and my declaration WITH your ears. 19 Who is he that will plead WITH me? for now, if I hold my tongue, I shall give up the ghost. 21 Withdraw thine hand far from me: and let not thy dread make me AFRAID. --MORE-- |
