SONG OF SOLOMON 5 1 I am come into my garden, my sister, my spouse: I have gathered my myrrh WITH my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb WITH my honey; I have drunk my wine WITH my milk: eat, O friends; drink, yea, drink abundantly, O beloved. 2 I sleep, but my heart waketh: it is the voice of my beloved that knocketh, saying, Open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, my undefiled: for my head is filled WITH dew, and my locks WITH the drops of the night. 5 I rose up to open to my beloved; and my hands dropped WITH myrrh, and my fingers WITH sweet smelling myrrh, upon the handles of the lock. 12 His eyes are as the eyes of doves by the rivers of waters, washed WITH milk, and fitly set. 14 His hands are as gold rings set WITH the beryl: his belly is as bright ivory overlaid WITH sapphires. SONG OF SOLOMON 7 1 How beautiful are thy feet WITH shoes, O prince's daughter! the joints of thy thighs are like jewels, the work of the hands of a cunning workman. 2 Thy navel is like a round goblet, which wanteth not liquor: thy belly is like an heap of wheat set about WITH lilies. SONG OF SOLOMON 8 9 If she be a wall, we will build upon her a palace of silver: and if she be a door, we will inclose her WITH boards of cedar. ISAIAH 1 4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden WITH iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. 6 From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified WITH ointment. 7 Your country is desolate, your cities are burned WITH fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers. 13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away WITH; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. 20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured WITH the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. 22 Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed WITH water: 27 Zion shall be redeemed WITH judgment, and her converts WITH righteousness. ISAIAH 3 10 Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well WITH him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. 11 Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill WITH him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him. 14 The LORD will enter into judgment WITH the ancients of his people, and the princes thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses. 16 Moreover the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk WITH stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling WITH their feet: 17 Therefore the LORD will smite WITH a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts. And his heart was moved, and the heart of his people, as the trees of the wood are moved WITH the wind. 4 And say unto him, Take heed, and be quiet; fear not, neither be fainthearted for the two tails of these smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin WITH Syria, and of the son of Remaliah. 20 In the same day shall the Lord shave WITH a razor that is hired, namely, by them beyond the river, by the king of Assyria, the head, and the hair of the feet: and it shall also consume the beard. 24 WITH arrows and WITH bows shall men come thither; because all the land shall become briers and thorns. 25 And on all hills that shall be digged WITH the mattock, there shall not come thither the fear of briers and thorns: but it shall be for the sending forth of oxen, and for the treading of lesser cattle. ISAIAH 8 1 Moreover the LORD said unto me, Take thee a great roll, and write in it WITH a man's pen concerning Mahershalalhashbaz. 10 Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is WITH us. 11 For the LORD spake thus to me WITH a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, 12 Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be AFRAID. ISAIAH 9 5 For every battle of the warrior is WITH confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be WITH burning and fuel of fire. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it WITH judgment and WITH justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. 10 The bricks are fallen down, but we will build WITH hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars. 12 The Syrians before, and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel WITH open mouth. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still. ISAIAH 10 22 For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow WITH righteousness. 24 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, O my people that dwellest in Zion, be not AFRAID of the Assyrian: he shall smite thee WITH a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt. 29 They are gone over the passage: they have taken up their lodging at Geba; Ramah is AFRAID; Gibeah of Saul is fled. 33 Behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, shall lop the bough WITH terror: and the high ones of stature shall be hewn down, and the haughty shall be humbled. 34 And he shall cut down the thickets of the forest WITH iron, and Lebanon shall fall by a mighty one. ISAIAH 11 4 But WITH righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove WITH equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: WITH the rod of his mouth, and WITH the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. 6 The wolf also shall dwell WITH the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down WITH the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. 15 And the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and WITH his mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men go over dryshod. --MORE-- |
