ACTS 20 9 And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, being fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down WITH sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead. 14 And when he met WITH us at Assos, we took him in, and came to Mitylene. 18 And when they were come to him, he said unto them, Ye know, from the first day that I came into Asia, after what manner I have been WITH you at all seasons, 19 Serving the LORD WITH all humility of mind, and WITH many tears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews: 24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course WITH joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. 28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased WITH his own blood. 31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day WITH tears. 34 Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were WITH me. 36 And when he had thus spoken, he kneeled down, and prayed WITH them all. And Paul said, But I was free born. 29 Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was AFRAID, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him. ACTS 23 15 Now therefore ye WITH the council signify to the chief captain that he bring him down unto you to morrow, as though ye would enquire something more perfectly concerning him: and we, or ever he come near, are ready to kill him. 19 Then the chief captain took him by the hand, and went WITH him aside privately, and asked him, What is that thou hast to tell me? 21 But do not thou yield unto them: for there lie in wait for him of them more than forty men, which have bound themselves WITH an oath, that they will neither eat nor drink till they have killed him: and now are they ready, looking for a promise from thee. 27 This man was taken of the Jews, and should have been killed of them: then came I WITH an army, and rescued him, having understood that he was a Roman. 32 On the morrow they left the horsemen to go WITH him, and returned to the castle: ACTS 24 1 And after five days Ananias the high priest descended WITH the elders, and WITH a certain orator named Tertullus, who informed the governor against Paul. 3 We accept it always, and in all places, most noble Felix, WITH all thankfulness. 7 But the chief captain Lysias came upon us, and WITH great violence took him away out of our hands, 12 And they neither found me in the temple disputing WITH any man, neither raising up the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city: 18 Whereupon certain Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, neither WITH multitude, nor WITH tumult. 24 And after certain days, when Felix came WITH his wife Drusilla, which was a Jewess, he sent for Paul, and heard him concerning the faith in Christ. 26 He hoped also that money should have been given him of Paul, that he might loose him: wherefore he sent for him the oftener, and communed WITH him. ACTS 25 5 Let them therefore, said he, which among you are able, go down WITH me, and accuse this man, if there be any wickedness in him. 12 Then Festus, when he had conferred WITH the council, answered, Hast thou appealed unto Caesar? unto Caesar shalt thou go. 23 And on the morrow, when Agrippa was come, and Bernice, WITH great pomp, and was entered into the place of hearing, WITH the chief captains, and principal men of the city, at Festus' commandment Paul was brought forth. 24 And Festus said, King Agrippa, and all men which are here present WITH us, ye see this man, about whom all the multitude of the Jews have dealt WITH me, both at Jerusalem, and also here, crying that he ought not to live any longer. ACTS 26 8 Why should it be thought a thing incredible WITH you, that God should raise the dead? 9 I verily thought WITH myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth. 12 Whereupon as I went to Damascus WITH authority and commission from the chief priests, 13 At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed WITH me. 24 And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said WITH a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad. 30 And when he had thus spoken, the king rose up, and the governor, and Bernice, and they that sat WITH them: ACTS 27 2 And entering into a ship of Adramyttium, we launched, meaning to sail by the coasts of Asia; one Aristarchus, a Macedonian of Thessalonica, being WITH us. 10 And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be WITH hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives. 18 And we being exceedingly tossed WITH a tempest, the next day they lightened the ship; 19 And the third day we cast out WITH our own hands the tackling of the ship. 24 Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail WITH thee. 39 And when it was day, they knew not the land: but they discovered a certain creek WITH a shore, into the which they were minded, if it were possible, to thrust in the ship. 41 And falling into a place where two seas met, they ran the ship aground; and the forepart stuck fast, and remained unmoveable, but the hinder part was broken WITH the violence of the waves. --MORE-- |
