MALACHI 1 6 A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O PRIESTS, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name? MATTHEW 20 18 Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief PRIESTS and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death, MATTHEW 21 15 And when the chief PRIESTS and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the son of David; they were sore displeased, 23 And when he was come into the temple, the chief PRIESTS and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority? 45 And when the chief PRIESTS and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them. MATTHEW 25 25 And I was AFRAID, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. MATTHEW 26 3 Then assembled together the chief PRIESTS, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas, 14 Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief PRIESTS, 47 And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief PRIESTS and elders of the people. 59 Now the chief PRIESTS, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death; MATTHEW 27 1 When the morning was come, all the chief PRIESTS and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death: 3 Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief PRIESTS and elders, 6 And the chief PRIESTS took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood. 12 And when he was accused of the chief PRIESTS and elders, he answered nothing. 20 But the chief PRIESTS and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus. 41 Likewise also the chief PRIESTS mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said, 62 Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief PRIESTS and Pharisees came together unto Pilate, MATTHEW 28 10 Then said Jesus unto them, Be not AFRAID: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. 11 Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief PRIESTS all the things that were done. MARK 2 26 How he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the shewbread, which is not lawful to eat but for the PRIESTS, and gave also to them which were with him? MARK 5 15 And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were AFRAID. 36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not AFRAID, only believe. MARK 6 50 For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not AFRAID. MARK 8 31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief PRIESTS, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again. MARK 9 6 For he wist not what to say; for they were sore AFRAID. 32 But they understood not that saying, and were AFRAID to ask him. MARK 10 32 And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus went before them: and they were amazed; and as they followed, they were AFRAID. And he took again the twelve, and began to tell them what things should happen unto him, 33 Saying, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the chief PRIESTS, and unto the scribes; and they shall condemn him to death, and shall deliver him to the Gentiles: MARK 11 18 And the scribes and chief PRIESTS heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine. 27 And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief PRIESTS, and the scribes, and the elders, MARK 14 1 After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief PRIESTS and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death. 10 And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief PRIESTS, to betray him unto them. 43 And immediately, while he yet spake, cometh Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief PRIESTS and the scribes and the elders. 53 And they led Jesus away to the high priest: and with him were assembled all the chief PRIESTS and the elders and the scribes. 55 And the chief PRIESTS and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put him to death; and found none. MARK 15 1 And straightway in the morning the chief PRIESTS held a consultation with the elders and scribes and the whole council, and bound Jesus, and carried him away, and delivered him to Pilate. 3 And the chief PRIESTS accused him of many things: but he answered nothing. 10 For he knew that the chief PRIESTS had delivered him for envy. 11 But the chief PRIESTS moved the people, that he should rather release Barabbas unto them. 31 Likewise also the chief PRIESTS mocking said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others; himself he cannot save. --MORE-- |
