Hebrews 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Hebrews 2:6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man , that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man , that thou visitest him? Hebrews 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man . Hebrews 3:3 For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. Hebrews 3:4 For every house is builded by some man ; but he that built all things is God. Hebrews 4:11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. Hebrews 5:4 And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. Hebrews 7:13 For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar. Hebrews 7:24 But this man , because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Hebrews 7:4 Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils. Hebrews 8:11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. Hebrews 8:2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man . Hebrews 8:3 For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. James 1:11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways. James 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man : James 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. James 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: James 1:20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. James 1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: James 1:24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. James 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. James 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man 's religion is vain. James 1:7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. James 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. James 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? James 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. James 2:2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man , that faith without works is dead? James 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
