NUMBERS 34 14 For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their FATHERS, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their FATHERS, have received their inheritance; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance: NUMBERS 36 1 And the chief FATHERS of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spake before Moses, and before the princes, the chief FATHERS of the children of Israel: 3 And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our FATHERS, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance. 4 And when the jubile of the children of Israel shall be, then shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our FATHERS. 7 So shall not the inheritance of the children of Israel remove from tribe to tribe: for every one of the children of Israel shall keep himself to the inheritance of the tribe of his FATHERS. 8 And every daughter, that possesseth an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father, that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his FATHERS. DEUTERONOMY 1 8 Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your FATHERS, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them. 11 (The LORD God of your FATHERS make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and bless you, as he hath promised you!) 21 Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the LORD God of thy FATHERS hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged. 35 Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I sware to give unto your FATHERS. DEUTERONOMY 4 1 Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your FATHERS giveth you. 31 (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy FATHERS which he sware unto them. 37 And because he loved thy FATHERS, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; DEUTERONOMY 5 3 The LORD made not this covenant with our FATHERS, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day. 9 Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the FATHERS upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, DEUTERONOMY 6 3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy FATHERS hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey. 10 And it shall be, when the LORD thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy FATHERS, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not, 18 And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of the LORD: that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which the LORD sware unto thy FATHERS. 23 And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our FATHERS. DEUTERONOMY 7 8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your FATHERS, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. 12 Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the LORD thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy FATHERS: 13 And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy FATHERS to give thee. DEUTERONOMY 8 1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your FATHERS. 3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy FATHERS know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. 16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy FATHERS knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end; 18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy FATHERS, as it is this day. DEUTERONOMY 9 5 Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the LORD sware unto thy FATHERS, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. DEUTERONOMY 10 11 And the LORD said unto me, Arise, take thy journey before the people, that they may go in and possess the land, which I sware unto their FATHERS to give unto them. 15 Only the LORD had a delight in thy FATHERS to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day. 22 Thy FATHERS went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the LORD thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude. DEUTERONOMY 11 9 And that ye may prolong your days in the land, which the LORD sware unto your FATHERS to give unto them and to their seed, a land that floweth with milk and honey. 21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your FATHERS to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth. DEUTERONOMY 12 1 These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy FATHERS giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth. DEUTERONOMY 13 6 If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy FATHERS; 17 And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and shew thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy FATHERS; DEUTERONOMY 18 4 The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the FLEECE of thy sheep, shalt thou give him. DEUTERONOMY 19 8 And if the LORD thy God enlarge thy coast, as he hath sworn unto thy FATHERS, and give thee all the land which he promised to give unto thy FATHERS; DEUTERONOMY 24 16 The FATHERS shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the FATHERS: every man shall be put to death for his own sin. DEUTERONOMY 26 3 And thou shalt go unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto the LORD thy God, that I am come unto the country which the LORD sware unto our FATHERS for to give us. 7 And when we cried unto the LORD God of our FATHERS, the LORD heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression: 15 Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our FATHERS, a land that floweth with milk and honey. DEUTERONOMY 27 3 And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou art passed over, that thou mayest go in unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, a land that floweth with milk and honey; as the LORD God of thy FATHERS hath promised thee. DEUTERONOMY 28 11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy FATHERS to give thee. 36 The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy FATHERS have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone. 64 And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy FATHERS have known, even wood and stone. DEUTERONOMY 29 13 That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy FATHERS, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. 25 Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their FATHERS, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt: DEUTERONOMY 30 5 And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy FATHERS possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy FATHERS. 9 And the LORD thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the LORD will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy FATHERS: 20 That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy FATHERS, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them. --MORE-- |
