JAMES 1 4 But let patience HAVE her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. JAMES 2 1 My brethren, HAVE not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons. 3 And ye HAVE respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: 6 But ye HAVE despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats? 9 But if ye HAVE respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. 13 For he shall HAVE judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment. 14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and HAVE not works? can faith save him? 18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I HAVE works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. JAMES 3 14 But if ye HAVE bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. JAMES 4 2 Ye lust, and HAVE not: ye kill, and desire to HAVE, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye HAVE not, because ye ask not. JAMES 5 3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye HAVE heaped treasure together for the last days. 4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who HAVE reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which HAVE reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. 5 Ye HAVE lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye HAVE nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. 6 Ye HAVE condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you. 10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who HAVE spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience. 11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye HAVE heard of the patience of Job, and HAVE seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy. 15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he HAVE committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. 1 PETER 1 10 Of which salvation the prophets HAVE enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: 12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that HAVE preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into. 22 Seeing ye HAVE purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: 1 PETER 2 3 If so be ye HAVE tasted that the Lord is gracious. 10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now HAVE obtained mercy. 1 PETER 4 3 For the time past of our life may suffice us to HAVE wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries: 8 And above all things HAVE fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. 1 PETER 5 10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye HAVE suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. 12 By Silvanus, a faithful brother unto you, as I suppose, I HAVE written briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God wherein ye stand. 2 PETER 1 1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that HAVE obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: 15 Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to HAVE these things always in remembrance. 16 For we HAVE not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. 19 We HAVE also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 2 PETER 2 14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they HAVE exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 15 Which HAVE forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; 20 For if after they HAVE escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21 For it had been better for them not to HAVE known the way of righteousness, than, after they HAVE known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 1 JOHN 1 1 That which was from the beginning, which we HAVE heard, which we HAVE seen with our eyes, which we HAVE looked upon, and our hands HAVE handled, of the Word of life; 2 (For the life was manifested, and we HAVE seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) 3 That which we HAVE seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may HAVE fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. 5 This then is the message which we HAVE heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we HAVE fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we HAVE fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say that we HAVE no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 10 If we say that we HAVE not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. 1 JOHN 2 1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we HAVE an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye HAVE heard from the beginning. 13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye HAVE known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye HAVE overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye HAVE known the Father. 14 I HAVE written unto you, fathers, because ye HAVE known him that is from the beginning. I HAVE written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye HAVE overcome the wicked one. 18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye HAVE heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt HAVE continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. 20 But ye HAVE an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. 21 I HAVE not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. 24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye HAVE heard from the beginning. If that which ye HAVE heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. 26 These things HAVE I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. 27 But the anointing which ye HAVE received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may HAVE confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. --MORE-- |
