DANIEL 4 1 Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto YOU. 5 I saw a dream which made me AFRAID, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me. DANIEL 6 25 Then king Darius wrote unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto YOU. DANIEL 8 17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was AFRAID, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision. HOSEA 5 1 Hear ye this, O priests; and hearken, ye house of Israel; and give ye ear, O house of the king; for judgment is toward YOU, because ye have been a snare on Mizpah, and a net spread upon Tabor. 13 When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah saw his wound, then went Ephraim to the Assyrian, and sent to king Jareb: yet could he not heal YOU, nor cure YOU of your wound. HOSEA 14 2 Take with YOU words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips. JOEL 2 19 Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send YOU corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make YOU a reproach among the heathen: 20 But I will remove far off from YOU the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things. 22 Be not AFRAID, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. 23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given YOU the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for YOU the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. 25 And I will restore to YOU the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among YOU. 26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with YOU: and my people shall never be ashamed. JOEL 3 13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get YOU down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great. AMOS 2 10 Also I brought YOU up from the land of Egypt, and led YOU forty years through the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorite. 13 Behold, I am pressed under YOU, as a cart is pressed that is full of sheaves. AMOS 3 1 Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against YOU, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying, 2 YOU only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish YOU for all your iniquities. 6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be AFRAID? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it? AMOS 4 2 The Lord GOD hath sworn by his holiness, that, lo, the days shall come upon YOU, that he will take YOU away with hooks, and your posterity with fishhooks. 5 And offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving with leaven, and proclaim and publish the free offerings: for this liketh YOU, O ye children of Israel, saith the Lord GOD. 6 And I also have given YOU cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD. 7 And also I have withholden the rain from YOU, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered. 9 I have smitten YOU with blasting and mildew: when your gardens and your vineyards and your fig trees and your olive trees increased, the palmerworm devoured them: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD. 10 I have sent among YOU the pestilence after the manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have taken away your horses; and I have made the stink of your camps to come up unto your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD. 11 I have overthrown some of YOU, as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a firebrand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD. AMOS 5 1 Hear ye this word which I take up against YOU, even a lamentation, O house of Israel. 14 Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with YOU, as ye have spoken. 18 Woe unto YOU that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for YOU? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light. 27 Therefore will I cause YOU to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts. AMOS 6 14 But, behold, I will raise up against YOU a nation, O house of Israel, saith the LORD the God of hosts; and they shall afflict YOU from the entering in of Hemath unto the river of the wilderness. JONAH 1 5 Then the mariners were AFRAID, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep. 10 Then were the men exceedingly AFRAID, and said unto him. Why hast thou done this? For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them. 12 And he said unto them, Take me up, and cast me forth into the sea; so shall the sea be calm unto YOU: for I know that for my sake this great tempest is upon YOU. MICAH 1 2 Hear, all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against YOU, the LORD from his holy temple. 11 Pass ye away, thou inhabitant of Saphir, having thy shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of YOU his standing. MICAH 3 1 And I said, Hear, I pray YOU, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for YOU to know judgment? 6 Therefore night shall be unto YOU, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto YOU, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them. 9 Hear this, I pray YOU, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity. MICAH 4 4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them AFRAID: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it. MICAH 7 17 They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be AFRAID of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee. NAHUM 2 11 Where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion's whelp, and none made them AFRAID? HABAKKUK 1 5 Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvelously: for I will work a work in your days which ye will not believe, though it be told YOU. HABAKKUK 2 17 For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee, and the spoil of beasts, which made them AFRAID, because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein. HABAKKUK 3 2 O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was AFRAID: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy. ZEPHANIAH 2 2 Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD come upon YOU, before the day of the LORD's anger come upon YOU. 5 Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites! the word of the LORD is against YOU; O Canaan, the land of the Philistines, I will even destroy thee, that there shall be no inhabitant. ZEPHANIAH 3 13 The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them AFRAID. 20 At that time will I bring YOU again, even in the time that I gather YOU: for I will make YOU a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD. --MORE-- |
