LEVITICUS 21 9 And the daughter of any PRIEST, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire. 10 And he that is the high PRIEST among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his head, nor rend his clothes; 21 No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the PRIEST shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God. LEVITICUS 22 10 There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the PRIEST, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing. 11 But if the PRIEST buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his meat. 12 If the PRIEST's daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things. 13 But if the PRIEST's daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father's house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's meat: but there shall be no stranger eat thereof. 14 And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give it unto the PRIEST with the holy thing. LEVITICUS 23 10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the PRIEST: 11 And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the PRIEST shall wave it. 20 And the PRIEST shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the LORD for the PRIEST. LEVITICUS 27 8 But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the PRIEST, and the PRIEST shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the PRIEST value him. 11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the PRIEST: 12 And the PRIEST shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the PRIEST, so shall it be. 14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the PRIEST shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the PRIEST shall estimate it, so shall it stand. 18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the PRIEST shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation. 21 But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the PRIEST's. 23 Then the PRIEST shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD. NUMBERS 3 3 These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests which were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the PRIEST's office. 4 And Nadab and Abihu died before the LORD, when they offered strange fire before the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children: and Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the PRIEST's office in the sight of Aaron their father. 6 Bring the tribe of Levi near, and present them before Aaron the PRIEST, that they may minister unto him. 10 And thou shalt appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall wait on their PRIEST's office: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death. 32 And Eleazar the son of Aaron the PRIEST shall be chief over the chief of the Levites, and have the oversight of them that keep the charge of the sanctuary. NUMBERS 4 16 And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the PRIEST pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof. 28 This is the service of the families of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the PRIEST. 33 This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, according to all their service, in the tabernacle of the congregation, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the PRIEST. NUMBERS 5 8 But if the man have no kinsman to recompense the trespass unto, let the trespass be recompensed unto the LORD, even to the PRIEST; beside the ram of the atonement, whereby an atonement shall be made for him. 9 And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they bring unto the PRIEST, shall be his. 10 And every man's hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the PRIEST, it shall be his. 15 Then shall the man bring his wife unto the PRIEST, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance. 16 And the PRIEST shall bring her near, and set her before the LORD: 17 And the PRIEST shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the PRIEST shall take, and put it into the water: 18 And the PRIEST shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the woman's head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the PRIEST shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse: 19 And the PRIEST shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse: 21 Then the PRIEST shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the PRIEST shall say unto the woman, The LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the LORD doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell; 23 And the PRIEST shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water: 25 Then the PRIEST shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the offering before the LORD, and offer it upon the altar: 26 And the PRIEST shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water. 30 Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the LORD, and the PRIEST shall execute upon her all this law. NUMBERS 6 10 And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the PRIEST, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: 11 And the PRIEST shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day. 16 And the PRIEST shall bring them before the LORD, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt offering: 17 And he shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, with the basket of unleavened bread: the PRIEST shall offer also his meat offering, and his drink offering. 19 And the PRIEST shall take the sodden shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them upon the hands of the Nazarite, after the hair of his separation is shaven: 20 And the PRIEST shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD: this is holy for the PRIEST, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine. NUMBERS 7 8 And four wagons and eight oxen he gave unto the sons of Merari, according unto their service, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the PRIEST. NUMBERS 15 5 And the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering shalt thou PREPARE with the burnt offering or sacrifice, for one lamb. 6 Or for a ram, thou shalt PREPARE for a meat offering two tenth deals of flour mingled with the third part of an hin of oil. 12 According to the number that ye shall PREPARE, so shall ye do to every one according to their number. 25 And the PRIEST shall make an atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD, for their ignorance: 28 And the PRIEST shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him. --MORE-- |
