EZEKIEL 8 6 He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the GREAT abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations. EZEKIEL 9 9 Then said he unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceeding GREAT, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD hath forsaken the earth, and the LORD seeth not. EZEKIEL 13 11 Say unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O GREAT hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it. 13 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and GREAT hailstones in my fury to consume it. EZEKIEL 16 7 I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and waxen GREAT, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare. 26 Thou hast also committed fornication with the Egyptians thy neighbours, GREAT of flesh; and hast increased thy whoredoms, to provoke me to anger. EZEKIEL 17 3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; A GREAT eagle with GREAT wings, longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar: 5 He took also of the seed of the land, and planted it in a fruitful field; he placed it by GREAT waters, and set it as a willow tree. 7 There was also another GREAT eagle with GREAT wings and many feathers: and, behold, this vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation. 8 It was planted in a good soil by GREAT waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might be a goodly vine. 9 Say thou, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without GREAT power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof. 17 Neither shall Pharaoh with his mighty army and GREAT company make for him in the war, by casting up mounts, and building forts, to cut off many persons: EZEKIEL 18 2 What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour GRAPES, and the children's teeth are set on edge? EZEKIEL 21 14 Thou therefore, son of man, prophesy, and smite thine hands together. and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the slain: it is the sword of the GREAT men that are slain, which entereth into their privy chambers. EZEKIEL 23 23 The Babylonians, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them: all of them desirable young men, captains and rulers, GREAT lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses. EZEKIEL 24 9 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city! I will even make the pile for fire GREAT. 12 She hath wearied herself with lies, and her GREAT scum went not forth out of her: her scum shall be in the fire. EZEKIEL 25 17 And I will execute GREAT vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them. EZEKIEL 31 4 The waters made him GREAT, the deep set him up on high with her rivers running round about his plants, and sent her little rivers unto all the trees of the field. 6 All the fowls of heaven made their nests in his boughs, and under his branches did all the beasts of the field bring forth their young, and under his shadow dwelt all GREAT nations. 7 Thus was he fair in his greatness, in the length of his branches: for his root was by GREAT waters. 15 Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the GREAT waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him. EZEKIEL 32 13 I will destroy also all the beasts thereof from beside the GREAT waters; neither shall the foot of man trouble them any more, nor the hoofs of beasts trouble them. EZEKIEL 36 23 And I will sanctify my GREAT name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. EZEKIEL 37 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding GREAT army. EZEKIEL 38 4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a GREAT company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: 13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a GREAT spoil? 15 And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a GREAT company, and a mighty army: 19 For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a GREAT shaking in the land of Israel; 22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and GREAT hailstones, fire, and brimstone. EZEKIEL 39 17 And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a GREAT sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood. EZEKIEL 41 8 I saw also the height of the house round about: the foundations of the side chambers were a full reed of six GREAT cubits. EZEKIEL 47 9 And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very GREAT multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh. 10 And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the GREAT sea, exceeding many. 15 And this shall be the border of the land toward the north side, from the GREAT sea, the way of Hethlon, as men go to Zedad; 19 And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the GREAT sea. And this is the south side southward. 20 The west side also shall be the GREAT sea from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side. EZEKIEL 48 28 And by the border of Gad, at the south side southward, the border shall be even from Tamar unto the waters of strife in Kadesh, and to the river toward the GREAT sea. DANIEL 2 6 But if ye shew the dream, and the interpretation thereof, ye shall receive of me gifts and rewards and GREAT honour: therefore shew me the dream, and the interpretation thereof. 31 Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a GREAT image. This GREAT image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible. 35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a GREAT mountain, and filled the whole earth. 45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the GREAT God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure. 48 Then the king made Daniel a GREAT man, and gave him many GREAT gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon. --MORE-- |
