ISAIAH 20 5 And they shall be AFRAID and ashamed of Ethiopia their expectation, and of Egypt their glory. ISAIAH 21 1 The burden of the desert of the SEA. As whirlwinds in the south pass through; so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land. ISAIAH 23 2 Be still, ye inhabitants of the isle; thou whom the merchants of Zidon, that pass over the SEA, have replenished. 4 Be thou ashamed, O Zidon: for the SEA hath spoken, even the strength of the SEA, saying, I travail not, nor bring forth children, neither do I nourish up young men, nor bring up virgins. 11 He stretched out his hand over the SEA, he shook the kingdoms: the LORD hath given a commandment against the merchant city, to destroy the strong holds thereof. ISAIAH 24 14 They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the LORD, they shall cry aloud from the SEA. 15 Wherefore glorify ye the LORD in the fires, even the name of the LORD God of Israel in the isles of the SEA. ISAIAH 27 1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the SEA. ISAIAH 31 4 For thus hath the LORD spoken unto me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be AFRAID of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the LORD of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof. 9 And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be AFRAID of the ensign, saith the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem. ISAIAH 33 14 The sinners in Zion are AFRAID; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings? ISAIAH 37 6 And Isaiah said unto them, Thus shall ye say unto your master, Thus saith the LORD, Be not AFRAID of the words that thou hast heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.
