LEVITICUS 10 12 And Moses spake unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons that were left, Take the meat offering that remaineth of the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and eat it without leaven beside the ALTAR: for it is most holy: LEVITICUS 14 20 And the priest shall offer the burnt offering and the meat offering upon the ALTAR: and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and he shall be clean. LEVITICUS 16 12 And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the ALTAR before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the vail: 18 And he shall go out unto the ALTAR that is before the LORD, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the ALTAR round about. 20 And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the ALTAR, he shall bring the live goat: 25 And the fat of the sin offering shall he burn upon the ALTAR. 33 And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and for the ALTAR, and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for all the people of the congregation. LEVITICUS 17 6 And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the ALTAR of the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and burn the fat for a sweet savour unto the LORD. 11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the ALTAR to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. LEVITICUS 19 13 Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not ABIDE with thee all night until the morning. LEVITICUS 21 23 Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the ALTAR, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them. NUMBERS 3 26 And the hangings of the court, and the curtain for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle, and by the ALTAR round about, and the cords of it for all the service thereof. NUMBERS 4 11 And upon the golden ALTAR they shall spread a cloth of blue, and cover it with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put to the staves thereof: 13 And they shall take away the ashes from the ALTAR, and spread a purple cloth thereon: 14 And they shall put upon it all the vessels thereof, wherewith they minister about it, even the censers, the fleshhooks, and the shovels, and the basons, all the vessels of the ALTAR; and they shall spread upon it a covering of badgers' skins, and put to the staves of it. 26 And the hangings of the court, and the hanging for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the ALTAR round about, and their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and all that is made for them: so shall they serve. NUMBERS 5 25 Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the offering before the LORD, and offer it upon the ALTAR: 26 And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the ALTAR, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water. NUMBERS 7 1 And it came to pass on the day that Moses had fully set up the tabernacle, and had anointed it, and sanctified it, and all the instruments thereof, both the ALTAR and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them, and sanctified them; 10 And the princes offered for dedicating of the ALTAR in the day that it was anointed, even the princes offered their offering before the ALTAR. 11 And the LORD said unto Moses, They shall offer their offering, each prince on his day, for the dedicating of the ALTAR. 84 This was the dedication of the ALTAR, in the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve chargers of silver, twelve silver bowls, twelve spoons of gold: 88 And all the oxen for the sacrifice of the peace offerings were twenty and four bullocks, the rams sixty, the he goats sixty, the lambs of the first year sixty. This was the dedication of the ALTAR, after that it was anointed. NUMBERS 16 38 The censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the ALTAR: for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are hallowed: and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel. 39 And Eleazar the priest took the brasen censers, wherewith they that were burnt had offered; and they were made broad plates for a covering of the ALTAR: 46 And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a censer, and put fire therein from off the ALTAR, and put on incense, and go quickly unto the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun. NUMBERS 18 3 And they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the tabernacle: only they shall not come nigh the vessels of the sanctuary and the ALTAR, that neither they, nor ye also, die. 5 And ye shall keep the charge of the sanctuary, and the charge of the ALTAR: that there be no wrath any more upon the children of Israel. 7 Therefore thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priest's office for everything of the ALTAR, and within the vail; and ye shall serve: I have given your priest's office unto you as a service of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death. 17 But the firstling of a cow, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; they are holy: thou shalt sprinkle their blood upon the ALTAR, and shalt burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a sweet savour unto the LORD. NUMBERS 22 5 He sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the son of Beor to Pethor, which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they ABIDE over against me: NUMBERS 23 2 And Balak did as Balaam had spoken; and Balak and Balaam offered on every ALTAR a bullock and a ram. 4 And God met Balaam: and he said unto him, I have prepared seven altars, and I have offered upon every ALTAR a bullock and a ram. 14 And he brought him into the field of Zophim, to the top of Pisgah, and built seven altars, and offered a bullock and a ram on every ALTAR. 30 And Balak did as Balaam had said, and offered a bullock and a ram on every ALTAR. NUMBERS 31 19 And do ye ABIDE without the camp seven days: whosoever hath killed any person, and whosoever hath touched any slain, purify both yourselves and your captives on the third day, and on the seventh day. 23 Every thing that may ABIDE the fire, ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean: nevertheless it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abideth not the fire ye shall make go through the water. NUMBERS 35 25 And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, whither he was fled: and he shall ABIDE in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil. DEUTERONOMY 3 19 But your wives, and your little ones, and your cattle, (for I know that ye have much cattle,) shall ABIDE in your cities which I have given you; DEUTERONOMY 4 17 The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the AIR, DEUTERONOMY 12 27 And thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the ALTAR of the LORD thy God: and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the ALTAR of the LORD thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh. DEUTERONOMY 27 5 And there shalt thou build an ALTAR unto the LORD thy God, an ALTAR of stones: thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon them. 6 Thou shalt build the ALTAR of the LORD thy God of whole stones: and thou shalt offer burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD thy God: DEUTERONOMY 28 26 And thy carcase shall be meat unto all fowls of the AIR, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away. DEUTERONOMY 33 10 They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine ALTAR.
